How did I not know about this place?! Ke-uH is an incredible Asian-Latin fusion restaurant tucked right on Town Center Road, and it instantly shot up to one of my new favorites.
From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a Japanese garden. The feng shui design, the clean lines, and the calming atmosphere put you at ease right away. You’re welcomed warmly and seated quickly (tip of the day: make a reservation—this spot is popular for a reason).
We wanted to try as much as possible, so we leaned on our server for recommendations—and away we went. First up: hot green tea, fried pork gyoza, and edamame from the happy hour menu. The gyoza was perfect—crispy edges, steamy goodness inside, and the ponzu dipping sauce was the cherry on top. The edamame was fresh, perfectly salted, and the ideal warm-up.
Next came the honey almond shrimp. Yes, you read that right—honey almond shrimp. Sweet, crunchy, savory perfection. They even offer this in roll form, which I’ll definitely be back for. We devoured every piece and practically arm-wrestled for the last one. Then the chef sent over tuna ceviche tacos—lemony, fresh, with avocado and greens but with tuna as the clear star. I literally did a happy dance at the table after the first bite.
Now, full honesty: the chicken fried rice was the one miss of the night. The texture was good and the chicken was cooked well, but it was bland and dry. We had to drown it in soy sauce to make it work. It’s not bad, but it needs some flavor love.
And then came the highlight—the roll that changed everything. It combined their lean salad with tuna, wrapped in soy paper with cucumber. Oh. My. Stars. This was like a ceviche roll—bright, citrusy, fresh, and absolutely addictive. Hands-down the star of the night.
Our server gave great recommendations, though the check-ins could’ve been a little more frequent. Still, service was friendly and helpful overall.
Bottom line: Ke-uH is an Asian-Latin fusion done right—creative, delicious, beautiful dishes that impress both the eyes and the taste buds. Between the honey almond shrimp, the ceviche tacos, and that unforgettable roll, this is a must-visit. We’ll 100% be back...
Read moreThis was our first time. We have been wanting to try for awhile. We ordered few options off their happy hour menu. I had asked the server if the portion size for the crispy rice tuna was smaller than the regular menu portion, she said it’s the same size. Upon getting the crispy rice tuna the pieces of rice were very small and thin. Later I confirmed that they are indeed smaller than the regular menu portion. It’s half price and you get half portion so there is absolutely no value or savings there… I have personally had much better crispy rice spicy tuna, as these the rice was very chewy and got stuck in my teeth. The rice was just too thin…. The happy hour gyoza was very good. My wife tried the crispy crab salad on happy hour, very good but very small portion. The signature sushi rolls I would say 90% of them contain cream cheese and similar ingredients, very repetitive, I think they need to be more creative with their rolls. I personally don’t like cream cheese in my sushi rolls yet almost every roll contained it. I also felt for the steep price of the roll, the pieces were very small. Hardly any rice. I did let the server know they should be using more rice, she said the chef doesn’t like to use a lot of rice. The problem is you end up with these skimpy looking rolls that don’t fill you up. Rice is cheap so use it. We truly enjoyed everything but Managnent needs to be more generous with portions because we left feeling cheated. For example the crispy tuna on happy hour menu, you charge half price and give half portion. There isn’t any happy hour savings there. I left your restaurant kinda hungry. I don’t know that I would rush back...
Read moreWe’ve been to Ke-Uh once before and had a very good experience. My girlfriend and I went today to have dinner and both the food and service did not live up to the standard they set in our previous visit. Our server, who didn’t even introduce herself, took our drink order along with some appetizers and 5 minutes later came again to ask if we wanted to order anything else, before any food had gotten to our table. It felt like we were being rushed. We ordered the pork belly watermelon, which was great last time but this time was really bland. The pork belly lacked seasoning and it was really disappointing considering we loved the dish before.. it tasted completely different this time. Salmon tartare was also under seasoned and nothing special. Tuna crispy rice was the standout but even then the rice was a little dry and could’ve been fresher. All dishes came at different times and not once did our server bring them to our table or check on us until we had received everything but one dish. She never refilled our waters, asked if we wanted another drink, and just was very inattentive. She never asked us if we wanted the check but brought it anyway as soon as we were done eating. After we finished paying we said thank you and have a good night but she had immediately turned around and walked away without saying anything to us. It was rude and seemed intentional. Unfortunately this experience ruined our impression of Ke-Uh which is disappointing since we had waited months to come back with high expectations only to be let down by decreasing quality and...
