China Dragon — Restaurant in Bogota

So yesterday I ordered from this place twice. The first time I had change to tip the delivery person. Which I do every time I order from here. The second order the person I ordered for didn't give me enough to tip. Do you know the delivery person went to the restaurant to report he did not get a tip. The one and only time I didn't, I'm getting a lecture. I found all this out when the person taking orders had the nerve to tell me about a tip. How is it my fault that they decided to not pay him and he work off tips. First of all a tip is not mandatory. Maybe he should go get a job that actually pays him. Never again!!! I usually get food here but today I got chicken wings and tostones and it was disgusting. Feathers all over my wings.
