Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Boise

Usually I love Chick FIL A however this week we had company from out of town who have never eaten there. After bragging on how good the food was everyone was so excited to try them out. Well started out our order was messed up but the MGR was quick to fix the error with an attitude with as she voided out our order took all our food back then rerung up our order. When we finally got our food back it was cold. Then the chicken strips were only the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets and the kids meal chicken nuggets were tidbit pieces of chicken. Our spicy chicken fillets were much smaller than our buns and our buns were soggy and fell apart when we were trying to eat them. My granddaughter ordered avocado dressing her salad and did not receive it. It definitely was not worth the $70 we paid for our meal. We will not...

I wanted to try out the new Chik-Fil-A in Boise. Went over on lunch, which was around 2:30 p.m. and ordered through the drive-thru. The young lady said the sandwhich would come with a packet of Honey Mustard; okay, great I like Honey Mustard. Paid and picked up my meal at the window and drove back to work to eat. I did start eating the fries as I was driving, barely warm at all. I then had to lick my fingers before placing back on stearing wheel as I was not given a napkin. Once back to work I pulled out the sandwhich and no Honey Mustard. Maybe the service will get better but I'm not in a hurry to go back. We brought in a large group of middle schoolers to order lunch and the whole staff was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. Corinne gave special attention and help to our students who are learning English and was so sweet. The manager (whose name I didn't catch) came out and (with what may have been his own personal credit card) helped a kid who was 1 cent short on his meal.
