I love this Garden. It's a beautiful memorial garden! There's a black history museum across the street and a huge Abe Lincoln statue! The Garden is filled with an entire lineage of roses it feels, it was well planted the fountain is beautiful! The park itself connects to a 35-mile-long bike trail that we used like scooters and bikes for! It's the most beautiful trail crossing over the Idaho River and leading to multiple parks and beautiful docks. Beautiful place to bring family, for a date or just to reconnect with yourself and nature!

This is such a beautiful little area. The roses smelled amazing. I didn't see any signs not to walk on the grass, but I wish they would've have some signs that would say whether or not it was allowed. We wanted to walk to one of the waterfalls but couldn't get to it without walking on the grass. Other than that, it was pretty breathtaking. Someone left bananas with a note on one of the benches, so that was a nice touch. Really beautiful people here.

What a beautiful place to walk through, and it smells divine! I was here a couple of weeks ago and nothing was blooming, then BAM, they call come out at once! Just stunning in the variety and color. There aren't really paved paths to the flowers, you're walking in the grass between the beds, but there's a wide path that cuts across it short ways to the gazebo, and openings on each long end in the fence.

The Rose Garden is located inside Julia Davis park. It's the second oldest rose garden in the Northwest and the largest rose garden in the Inter mountain region. It has over over 2000 rose bushes in every type and color. It was established in 1939.

The garden has a pavilion, a fountain and a larger-than-life size bronze statue of seated Abraham Lincoln statue. The statue was created by Gutzon Borglum and established in 2010. The Garden pavilion is used for wedding ceremonies which you have to gate by reservation. You can have a great photo shoot here. The fountain spray blue streams of water. The parking lot is just beside it.

This public garden is conveniently located on Julia Davis drive near downtown Boise, ID and we really enjoyed our visit this past week. This was another very pleasant discovery, where we were able to walk around and enjoy the beautiful and plentiful amounts of different types of roses. The grounds are maintained to the highest standard, and it was very obvious that the staff was doing an exceptional job. There is plenty of parking nearby for visitors, and you can find plenty of shade, walking paths, public restrooms, and...
