Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

This Dunkin location is by far the best one in the area! They always have fresh donuts, all day long, unlike most other locations that seem to run out of most flavors by late morning and never make more. They come up with lots of unique holiday donuts in lots of flavors that both I and my kids love. And they have my FAVORITE flavor ever...vanilla creme, which many other local locations don't seem to carry or again, don't make throughout the day. The employees are so kind and helpful. I love going here.

My only wish is that they had a drive thru. But even with other dunkin locations closer to me and that have drive thrus, I still drive a few extra minutes to get to this one because...

This is the last time I will ever go into this store. I had an employee lie to me. They do not care about their customers. I went in and had a coupon booklet I paid $20 for and left it on the counter accidently. I got home realized it and called the store. The employee said yes you left it here but a customer behind you took it. I said why did you not put it behind the counter or flag me down. She said well the other lady took it. She would not answer why she did not flag me down or put it behind the counter. I can not believe how terrible the customer service is at this location. I will never go back to that store and I will let all my friends...

Can I just say that this place is awesome? The employees are just so sweet the two young ladies that are there in the morning always do my order right. As a college student I need a cup of coffee just to open my eyes, and I appreciate how nice they are and how great my coffee is. The manager is great and I can see that he actually cares. The other employees in the morning, to my knowledge, are incredible as well and they brighten my day. This place is a constant stop for me and when I want good coffee I know which dunkin to go to.
