Maria's Halal Pizzeria (Bolingbrook) — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

I was there today in the Boilingbrook location, I was there for the BOGO and I asked for thin crust, but got home and it was regular/ thick crust, which I never order, I go there often, the person who was on the register seems to not have knowledge of how to work the register and didn't seem to care about me as a customer. I usually sit and eat my thin crust pizza there at the restaurant, but the person/male got everything WRONG TODAY, he said his register didn't collect the money for the order, which I did swipe my debit card, and he came and told me that the card didn't go through, well I called my Debit card customer service and I let him listen, and the customer service said the exact amount of the order was processed and I let him listen, He still said it didn't register, I told him that that is something that he must not have knew how to operate the register, when I spoke to my customer service card service, they said that the amount was debited from my card for MAMA MARIA PIZZA, so apparently he surely DON'T know how to operate his register. When I got home with the pizza, it was Cold ❄️🥶❄️, as well as not what I ordered, I ordered THIN CRUST. I have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions, never had to deal with this kind of experience. I ordered THIN CRUST. When I called, he said someone will have to call you back. Have not gotten a call yet. But I am contacting BBB. I will have them deal with this SAD and UNFAIR situation. I give this restaurant 1 THUMB...

Not recommended at all. Asked for 2 zinger burgers got one regular and the other one was in a hotdog bun.. both were different. Spent 90 dollars on this order and was not worth it at all. Nothing was marked, buns were extremely soggy and so as the lettuce. Everthing tasted bitter like if the oil was so old and has been reused so many times. I'm so disappointed at this place. Bun kabab was so empty like it had no onions or lettuce or anything.. even the fries were bitter. Too much batter on the chicken and the chicken was too small inside. Spent so much money and no was was able to finish the food. Will not ever go back again.

Editing this review since am not sure on how to reply to my own review. Thanks for offering 3 free burgers but after last night's food I don't think I would even want that for free. The reason I posted the pictures to show that the breading of zinger was extremely soggy there was no crunch whatsoever. I normally don't post reviews unless it's too bad. I was so disappointed. Please think before reusing the oil or whatever was wrong with the food so people won't just stop coming after the first...

Finally in the southern suburbs! Pros: -Fresh pizza made to order, tons of options! Very reasonable prices Compared to their other locations, this one has burgers, fried (KFC type) chicken which was very good Decent amount of seating in the restaurant but could probably fill up quickly on a weekend Friendly and helpful staff. Huzaifah was particularly helpful. All halal chicken, beef, sausage and pepperoni Variety of drinks (bottles/cans) available Plenty of free parking

Could be better: More spacious seating? We had a party of 10 and fit at the tables at the end of the hallway. It wasn’t very tight but also wasn’t super comfortable either as the chairs back into the hall walkway Ice for drinks and larger drinking disposable cups Plates for pizzas rather than the smaller burger trays
