All around incompetence, My order was missing an entire 3 items and had another one added that I didn't want, the order wasn't even overly complicated it had 2 meals, 2 sandwiches and an extra fry that's it. In the middle of my order the cashier's friends came in and he said their name while I was talking, he told them he'd be over in a minute, and this guy proceeds to tell me he's making my chicken sandwich plain and he has my sprite, well imagine my surprise when I look at my receipt and neither of those things are on it so what he made plain? no idea since the bigmac still had sauce on it, and I'm missing a Mcflurry, I give the guy a chance laughing it off but he's already helping another guy who's order he also messed up. After he deals with that he darts off to be with his homeboys laughing and celebrating like he scored the last 3 in an NBA finals game when he just preformed like Jason Tatum at the register, leaving me standing at the counter STILL MISSING 3 ITEMS, After I flag down the manager she tells me "ok" and just leaves I guess she went to go make the items, confused I flag down another worker (who was very nice btw) who says I have to pay for the rest of the items and they won't refund me the expensive ass fries he accidentally put on, I'm over it and my company is too I had to leave soon so I begrudgingly fork over the money since they refused to refund me. Then she brings out my food which is somehow cold besides the sandwhich which didn't have any of the cheese I asked for and says she have to remake the mcfurry remarking "yea I don't know who made this" yeaaa wonder who, its half empty and missing the spoon, (why even add the oreos if its not filled up all the way????) then remakes it, queue more waiting then i get my food its cold I'm upset I barely eat then I leave. I get it was 10PM and the lobby was just closing but it was only me and 2 other people who ALREADY HAD FOOD AND THE DRIVE-THRU WASN'T EVEN BUSY so what was SUCH an issue??? Might I add the manager didn't bother talking to the kid or teaching him to do better and she just zipped around the kitchen not minding him mingling with his friends when he's not even on his break, I wouldn't mind if he did his job well, but seriously but dude you just cost me extra bread and couldn't stop laughing while taking my order. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND REFUND INCORRECT ORDERS THIS WAS ALL REDICULOUS. I ENDED UP PAYING AROUND 40$ WHEN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN NO MORE THAN 30$ HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTIBLE AND TRAIN...
Read moreWas extremely busy so we decided to go in. Ordered our food and stepped back and waited quietly. Watching this staff and their manager implode was to me hilarious but to everyone else not as funny. I watched them get 5 orders wrong in a row. Then I watch 2 employees get extremely nasty and rude with him and he politely stated look I'm not being rude or saying mean things I just have a right to get my food correct and for it to not be sitting on your counter for 10 mins while you're waiting for fries. The employees scream back saying well we aren't the manager. Poor guy. Then I watch the next 3 people get their food and check their order because now everyone is worried about their food. 2 out of 3 were wrong. I finally get my food after 18 mins of watching this all unfold and somewhat enjoying myself. I look in the bag it has my 2 steak burritos and I get in the car take a big bite and its chorizo. Now I should of known better and opened it but come on. It busy I get it, people are getting restless I get it, it's just before lunch rush i get it but 8 orders incorrect in less than 30 mins there is no excuse. I blame management. Whether or not you staff can handle it or not you should of stepped in and been making sure your customers are being taken care of, instead of keeping your head down and hiding your face while your employees are getting yelled at for YOUR STORES incompetence. McDonalds is McDonald's so can I sit here and say I will never go back most likely not but I'll drive the extra mile to not go to this...
Read moreI’m usually a regular at this location and has never experienced any issues until tonight. I received 3 orders of cold fries. I kindly asked the employee (who refused to share her name) for fresh fries due to them being cold. She took the fries, closed the window, threw the fries while screaming OH MY GOD, they want fresh fries. Employee returned to the window, I asked her name. She had attitude and was extremely rude while refusing to give her name. She then turned around and locked the window and consulted with coworkers as if we were the ones causing an issue. I could have not possibly did anything wrong by asking for fresh fries. Her coworker was extremely nice but also refused to give her employee name. As we waited for the fresh fries, one employee returned to my car with the completion of another order for my passenger but never returned with my fresh fries! The employee proceeded to turn off the lights, lock the door, lock the drive window, and constantly hung the phone up on me when I called.
