I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Starbucks. First off, the landscaping outside looked completely neglected—trash in the bushes, overgrown plants, and a generally unkempt vibe that didn’t feel welcoming at all.
Inside wasn’t much better. Employees were literally yelling at each other behind the counter, completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers just trying to enjoy their coffee.
I politely asked for a refill of my black coffee and was flat-out refused, even though I’ve never had an issue with this at other locations. To make matters worse, a huge man with a beard and glasses—clearly not interested in customer service—was extremely rude when I asked for a sriracha packet. He refused to give me one just because I “didn’t ask when I ordered.” Really?
They wouldn’t even put my food on a plate—just handed it to me in the bag, cold and sloppy. Overall, the service was rude, dismissive, and careless.
I’m demanding a full refund and some form of compensation for this unacceptable treatment. This experience was completely out of line with what I expect from...
Read moreRemind me not to go to this location anymore. Everytime I go, they never have the apple cider donut. I went in today (because another location nearby didn't have the apple cider donut either) and I had a little bit of time before work to get my order and make it to work on time. Well, they took my order and then AFTER I scanned my card, they told me they didn't have the donut (granted the cashier seemed new) ...so they refunded me even though the other guy that worked there said the refund would come back to my account right away and that hasn't happened yet. K cool. Then they took about 15 minutes to make my drink because they were obviously understaffed and in between making everyone's drinks and were very unorganized. They asked me like twice what I ordered and didn't get it completely right, so I had to correct them. The cherry on top was that my frappuccino had been sitting in between orders being made so after I got it it was melted some and didn't taste that good. Oh, and I was late for work! Read moreCame in around 5:30. The person behind the counter told me before I ordered that the card reader wasn’t working and I could only pay with the app or cash, which was good to know before I ordered! I ordered a grande matcha latte whole milk and a chocolate croissant.
Ended up parking for a minute with my laptop to do some work and only realized about fifteen minutes later that my food/drink hadn’t come out. I went to the register to check on that and apparently the scan hadn’t gone through, but the team working handled it so kindly and made me a new drink and warmed my croissant so quickly. They didn’t have to rush since I was working in store, but they hustled and handled it like it was nothing.
Starbucks, fix your equipment. Your teams shouldn’t have to deal with faulty issues that could end up having them being treated unfairly for something out of their control.
