Update 12/26/22 Ordered online, always polite fast service, the young lady who took my order even called me back to confirm the kind of rice I wanted with my orange chicken,that's called " great Customer Service" the prices are affordable and food is always hot and tasty, as a customer who has health issues I appreciate being able to order and know it's going to be fresh and hot .thank you . looking forward to eating again ..keep up the great service, and FYI if you want the best service, it really is best to purchase in person or call directly and pickup, I've never ate or had an issue and they are fast and efficient.. my favorite takeout Chinese to go treat.. * 10/2022I ordered here takeout last month and was happily surprised,the food was hot, tasted great and fresh.. the pork lo-mein was good and the egg rolls were great..the orange chicken was tasty .I know that being immune compromised I have to be careful..Im glad to say that those working in here were careful, friendly and helpful..thank you.. the prices were comparable and affordable...I look forward to my...
Read moreI’m so disappointed. I have been a regular customer for quite awhile. My past experiences have been mostly good. Tonight I called in an order, for delivery. It took almost an hour and a half to get here. It’s never taken that long before…and season is over. Not sure what the delay was. The food was spilled over in the bag. When I went to carry it inside, it ripped, and made all the other containers greasy. We ordered sweet and sour chicken. Two orders of it. They didn’t send any sweet and sour sauce at all. When we called back to ask them to bring the sauce, and let them know what was going on with our order, the girl that answered the phone literally laughed at us. They never brought the sauce. And by now, it’s been over two hours, my food is cold.
I am a business owner. I would NEVER treat my customers like that. Even the nasty ones. And especially if they had been long-time regular customers. All those times that I have eaten there have now been erased and now I only think of this experience, when I think of them. I will never order...
Read moreIm Extremely disappointed I've been a customer for 6 to 7 years in a row for the first time food was missing I called trying to give them a chance to make it right it was so stressful even one of their employees tried to imply that I'm lying about missing items I got 2 phone calls one from the staff who didn't believe me then the owner and the owner said the food comes prepackaged all together as if it's store bought when I got the food it wasn't even warm they offered to give a free order of the same food for my next order but their won't be another order they completely lost my buissness and my family which is a big family so they just lost alot of buissness and theirs nothing in the world they can do to change it DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN I get better food from microwaved food from grocery stores 😢 so sad almost every competitor is better...
