Used to be great, but is really bad now. The staff just hangs and talks. The blonde that was vaping in back came out and was just wandering around talking to other staff while they were busy making food for employees and going over the schedule. The last time I was in, the young lady with short black hair, who I think was the manager, berated a young man the entire time I was there about his toxic masculinity right at the end of the counter in front of everyone. She even called out to others on the floor about it. It was one of the worst examples of "management" I have ever seen. Even though ut is really close to my house and we love the coffe, I think we are switching.
UPDATE
And they ask for additonal feedback, but the page they send me to is a generic Starbucks information page for the entire company, with no option other than the general 800 number for all of Starbucks! That is just as unhelpful as the staff that they have employed at the store! To the person who responded - you are better off ignoring a bad review instead of responding with poor/inaccuate information. If you don't respond, there is a chance that you missed it. When you respond like you did, it shows that you truly do not care.
So if you do not care about your business, why should...
Read moreHave been to this location several times. Normally Starbucks is pretty consistent with making good coffee, regardless of the location. However, almost every time I’ve been here there has been an issue. Between the employees simply being rude, to mistakes being made with the orders themselves it is just not a location I will come back to.
Today I ordered a pumpkin spiced latte. When I got to the window, the employee was literally staring at me with a blank face; no greeting, no giving me the total, no handing me the point of sale device- nothing. Very bizarre. Then, I received the latte, but it was very poorly made. For one I don’t even know if there was coffee in it. They put a ton of syrup that was all collected at the bottom, the drink was orange, and then put a ton of nutmeg or whatever spice it is. It was in literal clumps because it was poured so heavy. I took one tiny sip and it tasted like milk, sugar and syrup. I walked in and they did remake it, however, Starbucks locations are everywhere at this point and for that reason I will take my business to...
Read moreWhen this place first opened several years ago, I felt comfortable going into the store, even with a lot of customers in the store, the coffee I ordered was made quickly, and there were comfortable places to sit around the store, and also seating out front. I just went in this store recently after the remodel was completed and the feeling in the store has changed, and not for the better. All the furnishing is uncomfortable, there is a smell you get when dirty water is used to wash floors in a fast food restaurant, and the service was very slow. There were 5 workers behind the counter but only one actually seemed to know what they were doing and was doing most of the work. With 5 counter workers, and a small number of customers, it still took 15 minutes to get a latte. In comparison, I've gone to Starbucks in a busy airport that had 10 customers ahead of me, only two people were working the counter and it only took them 5 minutes to complete my...
