Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Had a pleasant greeting at the store but a simple customer service would been nice. So as a regular customer that usually orders food from your location for our work staff, I asked if I could get a dipping sauce I was told no that's going to be 50 cents.i politely declined ,picked up my order and left. Most pizza places give one complimentary dipping sauce . Which I've previously worked for dominos so I know we do give out one when a customer asks. Never mind the fact my order was 20 dollars . The dominos near my home doesnt do that but , different rules for franchisees. I get it. Just wont recieve my business anymore. Liz is extremely rude and she needs to be taught on customer service. I ordered delivery yesterday and my 2 pizzas were cold, had no space, and want cut properly, I called that same day , I forget who I spoke with but they told me to call back in the morning so that’s exactly what I did and since the person who I spoke with apparently didn’t mention it to the manager I don’t get my refund because the manager wasn’t notified about it and she told me that it’s my fault her employee didn’t do their part in letting a manager know. This store is AWESOME! The food is always fresh, hot, delicious and prepared super fast! I order online once a week and pick up at the Bonita location. It was late tonight and all the trick-or-treaters were gone. We were hungary for Dominos Pizza but my phone app was having difficulties and I couldn't check out my cart online. I drove to my Dominos store and Derek was especially nice and helpful to take time assisting me in getting my ordered placed and baked up asap.
