If you don't care about foodborn illness, cross contamination and lack of hygiene, this is the place to eat.
FDA, pay attention and a visit on this site. I felt disgusted after eating today 2-24-19 on this place.
After ordering my food today, I sat down and I had a perspective of the whole dining area. The 1st thing that I got interrupted from my lunch was this lady on gloves with a broom and a DUST PAN swinging back and forth under my table and others as well. You might think that is for the better, you might need to think twice. The dust becomes airborne!!! After the lady finished the disturbed dusting task, she proceeded to clean the dust pan with her hands. I noticed that she never got her gloves replaced after that. I couldn't believe it. This is where the cross contamination comes in. She put on a side the filthy dust pan with the broom, and grabbed a wet rag and started sweeping the soda fountain. Grabbed straws from cabinet supply rack and replenish the napkins straws. Then she moved into the tea tea tanks lifted the lid and check the level of the tea(s). All of this happened without replacing the original gloves from broom and dust pan. A while later, she scratched her hair and face and headed to replenish the soda lids. At this Pointer my appetite was gone... She grabbed the broom and pan once again and went back again into customers that we're eating and started swinging back and forth between legs and picking fries and dirt from the floor, making more dust airborne. Returned to the garbage and disposed of remains from floor and headed to the side dining area. I look around to see if store manager was around, but unfortunately he was busy behind the counter.
I'm glad that I didn't see her with the mop because the mop and the yellow bucket looked like septic water.
After working in a food plant, being trained on GMP's and regulations, I had no other option but to BAN myself from this place from fast food option and other McD as well.
At least I didn't see her picking orders to drive thru pull over lanes with or without gloves.
And whenever you get sick, you don't know where or how it came from. Here is the answer. Nasty Stuff. SHAME...

Every time I come through the drive-thru, Luce’s exceptional service and incredible hospitality make it a truly standout experience. In a time when excellent customer service seems to be a lost art, Luce reminds you of what genuine care and attentiveness look like. From the warm smile to the positive energy, it’s clear Luce loves what they do, and that enthusiasm is contagious.
Unfortunately Luce needs to be the manager because we even heard her speak in Spanish and English to ensure the order was correct but when we got home we were let down after we opened the bag. The order was wrong the food was freezing and my pregnant fiancé is so upset I had the luxury of ordering dominoes cause not many places are open at this time. In my opinion, you could’ve had three alpacas working there and we might’ve had a better chance. To add insult to injury we were not given a receipt so we can’t even return it. I understand that inflation is bad and it interest rates are up but two double cheeseburgers and two Mc doubles with a medium fries cost over $20. At least they could be hot and edible. And not to mention that you can tell a lot of cross cutting is happening to a lot of McDonald’s products not only are the burgers now the size of white Castle burgers, It seems to me they have reduce the size of all their items to keep up with inflation and interest rates, but that is a very terrible thing to do to their guest because they should do one or the other make your products, smaller or make your price higher, not both
Promote Luce so the restaurant...

Date:12/24/2023
I visited the McDonald’s located at 28215 S Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, in the early hours of 12/24/2023 , and I regret to report that my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. My interaction at the drive-thru started off unpleasantly, as the staff lacked basic courtesy and politeness.
Upon reaching the window to receive my order, the situation did not improve. Not only was the food I received poorly prepared, but there was also a delay in service, forcing me to use my car horn to attract the staff’s attention to request ketchup. Moreover, my order did not include napkins, which is a significant oversight.
A particular concern was the preparation of my fries. Due to my medical condition, I specifically requested fresh fries without salt. Unfortunately, what I received was the opposite: fries with extra salt. The lack of attention to this request not only affected me personally but could also be dangerous for customers with severe dietary restrictions.
Lastly, I would like to point out that the individual who served me, a young woman with long, curly hair, displayed an inappropriate attitude for customer service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the attitude and service provided were far from acceptable in a professional environment.
I sincerely hope this review serves to improve the service at this McDonald’s location and ensures that future customers do not have to undergo a similar...
