This location is a relatively new Taco Bell. It's only been open a couple of years. They have their hours of operation listed until 12am 7 days a week but they close at 9pm, even on Friday and Saturday. They have been closing at 9pm, sometimes earlier, for over a year now. First they blamed it on Covid, now they have their lit up drive thru menu adorned with a sign that says "Closed at 9pm due to being understaffed". The other numerous Taco Bells in town do not close this early, nor do they have signs up that they can't operate normal business hours because they are understaffed. They still have their hours of operation listed as 9am until 12am 7 days a week online and on the app, but as I've said, they've been closing several hours early for months. They have turned off online ordering on the app, which is an inconvenience because you get deals and rewards for ordering from it. If you happen to catch them when they decide to be open, they are always out of numerous things. I understand there is supposedly a chain supply shortage going on now, but all the other Taco Bells in town are not out of things like this one. If they're not out of something, then they tell you their machine is broken. They are saying they have to close 3 or more hours early every single night for months, yet when they're open, there are several employees working. The issues with this location go on and on. I have no complaints about the employees, with the exception of whoever is in charge and clearly shouldn't be, because they are not to blame for these issues, nor have they ever been rude to me. The person/people in charge has had months to hire staff and return to normal business hours, or at the least change the hours online and in the app so someone can clearly see they are closed so they don't waste time and gas to drive there, expecting to order food. The same person/people should be addressing and ordering the proper amount of products and fixing broken machines too. Being out of a few things here or there is completely different than being out of several things all of the time. Especially when other locations in town are not out of everything like...
Read moreStopped today for lunch, 3 people waiting, couldn't tell if they needed to order or waiting for food so I went to the bathroom. Toilet was filthy, washed my hands ... no soap.... really.. came back out and no one had moved so we left that train wreck and went to culvers...get it together already 10.13.2022 update I stood at the counter and 2 people walked past the counter and didn't say a word. I stood there long enough for another man to walk up and order on the kiosk and sit down. Still no word so I stepped over to the kiosk and ordered. I saw the advertising for the truff fries so I ordered it. I was extremely disappointed to see such a small plate and even smaller amount of fries and toppings for an item that is billed as loaded they don't even have jalapenos or onions...really....not really loaded and very small portion for 5 bucks. Wouldn't even satisfy a small child. So I won't order that again. Otherwise my meal was fine and the service mediocre at best. The store...
Read moreGood lord!! I am so tired of this location screwing up orders. Roughly 6 months ago, they made my burrito is ONIONS and no rice. Last week, they forgot my entire meal minus the nacho fries, (I ordered the Nacho Fries Box.) They also have me hard shell supreme tacos when I ordered soft shell regular. And this time, tonight was, they gave me a chalupa cravings box!! (I ordered the Nacho Friea Box AGAIN!!) And, the same issue of Hard Shell Supreme vs. Soft Shell Regular. We even asked them to give us each meal in separate bags! Something has to give. I shouldn't have to pull over and make sure my meal is 100% correct each time. If that's the case, why do you need a drive thru? I don't expect much from Taco Bell because well, it's Taco Bell.. but, I'd love to get home and see all the food there and correct. It can't be that hard. If I could give 0 stars, this would be the time. Heck,...
