Here is my review again since the other one was deleted by Google for no reason. I had been editing it and updating for a few years. I was a long time customer of this restaurant going back five years until about a year ago. The service used to be great. The quality of the food used to be amazing and it was one of our favorite places to eat for my family of five. When I buy food for my family, it always cost around $70 and we used to eat here all the time over the last year. I complain to culvers corporate. I complain to the management of this restaurant and they never responded. The prices have gone up with everything else. The quality of the food in the portion sizes has gone down on certain items. Worst of all there were three incidents of mild food poisoning that I had and two my children got from this restaurant from under cooked food and bad coleslaw. I complain to corporate. There was never a response. There was never a response on here for the money you spend as a working family of five there are way better options than this location. I’ve got nothing against Culver’s but you should avoid this restaurant it is not a four or 5 Star Place. Most of the reviews that give it its ranking are old and it is not currently a place that you should spend good money on. Bad management, poor quality and bad food safety. Avoid. Most probable, The owner wants to complain to Google about my review being spam. Take a look at my profile and read my other reviews which are...
Read moreI’ve been a regular here over the years and the location gets worse as time goes on. The whole place is ran by high school kids or those who just graduated and it shows. Staff yelling across the lobby like it’s some kind of frat party. Cross contamination happening in the kitchen which was so easy to see from the front lobby. Orders are NEVER accurate, I end up getting a double when asked for a single, so nothing complicated. Cheese sauce on this order was solidified, and only half full. No idea what is going on here but the place is in despair. The trash at the drink area was also overflowing with trash and liquid all over the floor and counter, yet there’s 6 staff just talking away behind the counter while only 2 actually do any work. This is such a poor work environment and there is zero management. I can say that anytime there has been a good employee, they haven’t stuck around as they get the work load as others just goof around.

Read moreCulver’s typically provides top notch food, custard, and service. The one time I’ll probably ever eat at this restaurant it did not live up to what I am accustomed to. I was traveling through the Naples area (otherwise I would give it a second chance) so the substandard sourdough melt and underdone/under salted fries and the greasy (really?) cheese sauce did not satisfy my Culver’s itch. I should have gotten the cheese curds. The one thing of note, which happened here but is also prevalent of late with a majority of the Culver’s I have visited is that there seems to be a lot of extra staff congregating/chatting together behind the order counter while a majority of the tables need cleaned, drink counter wiped, and drink floor mopped. Customers reciprocate the respect shown for the dining room, dirty tables and sticky floors should ...
