Not clean and too many damaged items but Love all the variety however only getting 2 stars because if you find something that is the only one they have and it's damaged they won't give you much of a discount I bought a designer bag that was the only one and damaged someone used it returned it with ink marks on the inside plus damage to the leather they were asking $129 which yes it's a deal but that's because it had a defect and that's why they sell it for below cost when I asked for a discount they basically told me I'm already getting one and that all their items are discounted (and this is why people steal well one of many reasons) I asked for management but they wouldn't come they offered me under 10% off Knowing that i was going to have to take it to get professionally cleaned and even then no guarantees it would be fixed they really didn't care after a while of back and forth still no manager came they offered me 10% off which only paid for the tax I did end up giving up the fight and taking the 10% off but only because I REALLY wanted this unique bag first stop was the cleaners which cost me $60 which in return almost paid full price never again will i buy any designer bags from them I'm better off buying new ot going to the pawn shop.. it's sad that this store doesn't keep their items and store clean because it just ruins the items especially when they wont even give you a fair discount makes me not want to waste my money there sorry 😔 for the long post I shortened a lot if you can believe...

I was shopping around all day, and sadly their jeans selection was not what I had been looking for, but that is alright. On the bright side they had the most hilarious hoodies including the image attached. Sadly I didn't have the budget to get it at the time but it still made my day. The staff were polite and very helpful. They also have a large selection of notebooks and planners at reasonable prices, and I bought a lovely clipboard with notebook imbedded. I literally LOVE this location and I love the employees but last spring/summer it was SOOOO HOT I could only come early hours and even then 🥵 and this summer is proving to be the same. This is a massive chain…fix this. It’s not a little issue, it’s a central AC issue…..20K fix, any chain such as this can afford that fix. My cousin, my friends and my boyfriend have all commented on the heat in there (all on separate occasions) and say they won’t shop there anymore until this problem is resolved…..I went today and was SWEATING trying a shirt on.
