Wendy's — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

Perhaps they don't know but I rushed down when I'm coming into town on Sunday mornings because I wanted to buy a real Baconator I've gone to this particular location it's at 174th and Meridian Avenue East South you out by the Fred Meyers anyway I had one with the proper ingredients inside when I pulled up to the counter this day and I'm sorry that I don't recall which day they didn't give me a receipt or I could have checked that out anyway I ordered a Baconator and rang it up took my money and then they gave me the sandwich and I said I want her to breakfast Baconator or breakfast is over and I believe I had 10 minutes before it was over anyway reluctantly they re manufactured the Baconator and put an egg in it and took out the Patty or two patties and meet I don't know what year was it was still great so I said okay couple of weeks later maybe even three weeks later I stopped by there again and do the same but just hard to get out of bed get down there by 10 or 10:30 I'm not sure now I think it's 10 a.m. they quit breakfast I don't know why they don't serve it all day but anyway the same ladies were there any and I asked for a Baconator they charge me for what and then they gave me a Baconator inside there were three small pieces of bacon the egg was a little runny could have been cooked a little longer something that somebody threw together on the grill again. Anyway after leaving the location and opening it up the sandwich and looking at it before I ate it I noticed a small pieces of bacon again if you're going to Wendy's on Sunday morning at 2 to 176th and Meridian I wouldn't maybe you'll be more lucky than I was but twice in a row my order was made incorrectly yet I was charged the same amount of money so I don't know what's going down there but I wish somebody would talk to him I'm sending this in hopes that somebody might see it but again don't go on Sunday morning I don't know about the rest of the week cuz I never go during the rest of the week take care of Merry...

I would not give this Wendy's not one star the service was horrible. Everyone working there today act as if they were hit with some type of super slow powers. Making food and just letting it sit in the racks and just get cold. The managers were working, it was mostly women there tonight and they were deplorable. They had no motivation the tables in the lobby needed to be clean as well as the sticky floor. The young lady on the front counter seemed as if she could care less walking around doing nothing, take an order and just walk around looking clueless. Wow.The sad part is that this restaurant wasn't even crowded when I got there, drive thru had 3 cars and front counter had 3 pp waiting for food. I saw the front counter lady bag them then leave them and wait to give them out for 2 more minutes. I usually give great reviews but not this place. It's horrible. And the last straw for me was when my hot food was just sitting there getting cold and then the lady decides to go and get it and then try to put it in the bag with my sundae. I had to educate her you don't do that with hot and cold food.

Wendy's get your act together that is just ridiculous and I won't go back to that...

I’d give y’all 5 of 5, but the young gentleman just couldn’t grasp the concept “customers first” him not listening to my order put me in a funky mood. I apologize for my attitude, I should have explained why I was a bit irritated and upset rather than leaving the poor kid confused and probably offsetting his attitude for the rest of the night. Being one who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, and 12 of them fast food with drive thru, I know better than to pull off without being some kind of positive influence and I feel I failed at that, and I feel like I contributed to his future success in a negative way. I apologize again and I hope my 5 of 5 stars help stand out to raise awareness that our children are our future and we need to be kind and patient, but also be humble and positive! I do not know his name but besides him talking with his coworkers instead of listening after asking me what I’d like to order, he was amazing. Oh, and kid, you got this!
