Arby's — Restaurant in Boone

This is the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. About a month ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a buffalo chicken slider a pizza slider with no marinara and a small fry. Got to the window and the woman not only had an attitude with me but argued about whether or not the pizza slider came with marinara (according to her it didn’t, but my sandwich sure ended up with a lot of it). I also got no fries and a roast beef slider. So my whole order was incorrect and the drive thru employee was being hateful. So I call back office. The woman on the phone was super sweet and sympathetic and ended up sending me to complimentary meal cards which I didn’t even care for. So then last week and this week I’m short on money and decide to use my free meals. So last week I go through the drive thru and order a blt meal with no mayo and a root beer. They didn’t give me a drink but at least my food was right so I just let it slide. Today I go through and order the same thing. They got it right the first time so I figure it would be ok this time. Instead they gave me my drink and put extra mayo on my sandwich. Here’s the kicker...it was the same woman from the first time who had been so rude to me. And once again she was being hateful. She snapped at me to give her my coupon handed me my food and then shut the window in my face when I tried to tell her to have a good day. So I called back office again and this time I get a gentleman with a heavy accent who is having a hard time understanding me and then just tells me the district manager will call...meanwhile I keep seeing all over their bags boxes and websites the phrase “we make it right”...I wish I could give 0 stars to match the amount of effort you put into customer satisfaction. This location...

The lady taking the order was as cold and rude as you'd expect from fast food, huffing and puffing under her breath about having to make adjustments to the order.

And while that's the experience you'd expect from this Arby's, the next interaction was not.

The food was excellent. No complaints. But, when we arrived the sign was not lit (and yes, it was dark) so had to pull up to see if they were open. They were open til 10 and it was like 9:15, and we went inside and ate at around $17. As we came out, they finally had the sign lit (at 15min til closing??) and on the sign read 'back for a limited time beef bacon and cheddar 2 for $6'. Now if they had had their sign ON as it was dark, and we had seen that on our way in, we could have saved about $8. Was kinda put off about that. But again,...
