Abusive bouncers. I hung out with Charlotte all night with me and my buddy. I sent her messages telling her what happened and how I was abused when holding my hands up above my head screaming don't touch me let me walk out. I'm waiting for her response before I continue to give the five star review that I was going to give before this bouncer abused me like they did. I left an amazing review five stars because I hung out with Charlotte and her friend and we all spent some great time for 3 hours together me and my buddy and after she left I was accused for abusing my dog unattended while I was with my dog the entire night aside from a bathroom break and trying to pay my bill. Upon confrontation after 3 hours of spending time drinking with Charlotte and her friend having an amazing great conversational time. After they left it was about 30 minutes before when I went to pay my tab I was verbally and physically assaulted saying that I had left my dog unattended when I had been next to my dog literally the entire night. Evidently somebody stepped on her foot? While I was using the bathroom? And then when I tried to defend myself I was immediately demanded to leave the premise, physically assaulted while I'll was holding up my hands above my head saying "don't touch me that's fine I'll leave Don't touch me don't touch me I'll leave you have no right to touch me legally" they did not have a right to touch me and that bouncer not only touched me but abused me and left my limbs bleeding. I'm just going to leave it in your review when I could actually take these pictures to court. You bouncers think you can touch people and then cops let you do it but in the state of NC you're not legally allowed to touch anyone let alone cause physical harm drawing blood when someone especially is telling you they will walk out. Came here for beer with friends this past week. The beer selection here is wonderful and I'm always served with a delicious draft whenever I decide to order one.

This last time, however, the waitress who served us was exceptional. I felt bad for her as she seemed very scattered (the business is obviously understaffed at this time) but remained friendly, fun, and kindhearted. This scattered-ness was obviously exacerbated by the fact that almost half of the menu was 86'ed at the time, which was disappointing. They were completely out of meat (aside from shrimps) and chips, which shows that a lot of supply chains right now are really dropping the ball, and unfortunately most restaurants are getting the brunt of the blame. They appear to have remedied this by now, though.

The tapp room has wonderful customer service and spectacular food for reasonable prices, the parking out front is really the only consistent issue (there are constantly idiots parking illegally ON THE ENTRANCE TURNOFF) due mainly to a really small amount of parking spaces, which is not their fault.

The only other issues are temporary, which are mostly related to supply chains being shoddy (I'm dealing with the same thing at my workplace.)

I would recommend the tapp room to anyone looking for a delicious beer and quality cheap pub food. The owner clearly has a passion for their business and the staff seem like they enjoy...

I went on a taco special night and the chicken tacos were really great! Also loved the cider that I had. The food was good but the service and atmosphere was just bad. The bathroom had a giant puddle around the sink. The sink was leaking and there was a bucket beside of it to collect the leaking water. The bucket was overflowing and my friend almost slipped when she went to wash her hands. The service was also really odd. I went around 6:00 so the place was really slow. I ordered food at the bar and let the waitress know where I was sitting for her to bring my food. Instead of taking my table number or giving me a ticket to listen for, the server told me that they don’t take food to the tables and asked me to come back to the bar in about 15 minutes to check and ask if my food was ready. She said they put the food in the window and if I saw an order come up I could come ask if it’s mine. My group was sitting far away from the window so I couldn’t see when there was food available. It took away from my experience having to pause and get up to go check if my food was ready when the waitress should have just brought the food to the table. Also it’s just an incredibly poor system . I ordered tacos on taco night. Lots of orders were tacos so I had to ask if the order was mine or someone else’s. Definitely a poor customer service model.
