Parallel Brewing Company — Restaurant in Boone

So awesome to have a brewery like this in Boone! Incredible sours and they even let me bring my dog outside with their cool little patio and picnic area. Keep the tropical stuff coming 🌴 because that makes for such a variety in Boones craft beer scene. The owner is an awesome guy and really has a great attitude. The wife is incredible with her flowers throughout and really makes the place feel like home, compared to what this space could feel like. I’ll be back for sure and I really appreciate the nice hospitality at this brewery. Being nice in this world will go a long way I believe that. Cheers...

Easily the best brewery in Boone for quality craft beer! Everything was delicious, sours, IPAs, etc. I especially love the focus on Southern Hemisphere hops, and everyone working there was polite, friendly, and accommodating! We went to Booneshine afterward, having been to Lost province and AMB in the past, and didn't even finish our beers. It's safe to say Parallel is unparalleled in their attention to craft and their design / feng shui of the space is beautiful too! Sadly parking was minimal but considering this place feels brand new, we were able to snag a spot...

Beers are great 😍. I tried five, 5-oz tasters. Every beer 🍺 was top-notched. I will definitely come back and try others. I took home the “Crushed Glass IPA” in bottles. How many? Cleaned out every one they had. 🤗. Yes, it was that good.

Boone breweries are simply just getting too crowded, rushed, and impersonal. This place is very simple, clean, and laid back. Pete was very helpful and chatted with us during our visit. Some breweries have staff that simply get agitated if you ask a simple question. Not Pete. He was awesome and wholesome....
