I stood in line for 15 minutes as the staff managed to get all four orders in front of me wrong. Finally, I got to order and I ordered "Dave's" single and a frosty. Not a difficult order but it took an additional 15 minutes to get my food. Most of the staff was standing around while the managers frantically tried to correct orders. Now for the aesthetics... The wait was made even worse because of the smell in the building. Behind the counter were wrappers on the floor and the employee work area looked filthy. The management needs to shut down this store and do a top to bottom cleaning, although this may take some time. In the end, I decided to give feedback on the store via the comment process that is common on receipts these days. This one was unusual because there was only a local phone number to call. I called the number and received a cryptic message about the voice mail being full and I couldn't leave a message. It is clear that the owner of this franchise is taking out as much profit as possible from this most college student...

Came here on a Fri had two orders I was waiting on, I rang the pick up window bell 3 times within 40 mins was trying l be polite no one would answer , they even walked by the window multiple times during this 40 mins and would not even look at me, a doordasher showed up rang the bell at least 5 times gave up and left. I stayed until 12am rang one more time finally was answered and was told no one heard a bell and that their grill was shut down and they did not have either two orders I was waiting on. bs service to delivery driver, liars and slack staff that couldn't take the time to just suspend their delivery apps instead wasted my 40 mins and made lots of people ordering on delivery apps angry. I won't ever even eat here again myself let alone if I was driving for another delivery company I'd never go back just as I made a point to not accept any delivery requests from this Wendy's for the next two weeks I delivered.
