Downeast Ice Cream Factory at Mall — Restaurant in Boothbay Harbor

This establishment is NOT family friendly. I went to take my son to get ice cream after dinner. When we walked in we were greeted with loud inappropriate music. Yes, I mean full on swearing multiple times and the girls behind the counter didn’t care. I called them out on their inappropriate music and one of the young girls turned it off from her phone. I take it this is NOT company standard. When I explained that the ONLY reason I was placing my order was because I promised my son ice cream, the two young girls behind the counter giggled. I will no longer step foot in this establishment. I will be taking my business across the street to “Sarah Scoops” as I’ve heard their ice cream is better and I’m sure they have...
