Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Bossier City

This place is a gem! I’m in from the Ascension Parish and we need one of these out there. I visited this place twice during my stay. Each time I had the caramel signature drink (SF w/ oatmilk) - it’s phenomenal - I would drink this every day if I could. It feels and taste like a hug in a cup. I love the smiley face sticker ☺️ One visit I had the spicy burrito, it was okay, probably the only thing I didn’t love, but that’s on me - not them. This second time, I had the maple waffle sandwich - this was SO good. I got the cinnamon roll, but haven’t tried it yet - but what’s not to love about a cinnamon roll. My pup even got a super sweet pup cup with heart shaped treats ❤️ Both visits, everyone was friendly and you could hear the smile on their face when my order was taken at the drive thru. If you need a pick me up in all aspects - coffee, food, and mood, this is the place to go. I’ll be back next time...

This business is a welcome addition to the the Bossier neighborhood! Extremely efficient, consistent, and friendly. Thank you for investing in this area with great people and a solid business model!

Update: Normally my order is consistent and quick. However, recently it took a bit longer and it was incorrect. I could tell that there was new staff. After driving away and sipping on my coffee, I learned of the very very sweet mistake, and discarded my coffee. Upon my next visit I told one of the senior staff of the mistake, to which she promptly apologized and rectified the matter.

All this to say, mistakes will happen when training new staff. However, what i have experienced personally is that when the Scooters team can't be excellent, they will quickly and fully take action to handle the matter appropriately. ...

Was not sure about this place before ,but now after my first experience I can honestly say I’m a huge fan !!!let’s start with the coffee ( it’s top freaking notch ) . I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a better cup of coffee . Location is extremely convenient. Best of all is the service ! The young lady who waited on me today ( I think her name was Katie ) is by far a perfect example of what customer service should be . She was so nice and knowledgeable about the different drinks it for sure helped this ole boy out . This lady gives me faith in the next generation’s work ethic . Definitely the highlight of my experience. She needs to be on a commercial or something. I would not be surprised to see her running this place before long …. Anyway service 10-10 coffee 10-10 I’ll be back for...
