Ordered one item that was supposed to just be a burrito and ended up giving me a bowl that had meat on it when I said no meat.
Try to get a refund or a replacement online. It did not work after 5 attempts and tried to contact a live agent over chat. Even when the AI gave me a free entree that never showed up. The AI bot made sure to ask me every detail it could to make it harder to get anything done. Asking me for the date, confirmation number, and even the TIME of the order. It was so frustrating trying to remedy this that it caused my partner to cry because they hadn't had a chance to eat from working all day. When they finally did actually decide to remake the order after calling them on the phone, they couldn't even transfer it to the Shreveport location from the Bossier location, which was so stupid.
I've been having non-stop problems with both Chipotles in the Bossier and Shreveport, and honestly, we are done with them both. Long wait, bad service, have to correct something every time, and VERY...
Read moreI usually dont seek out chain restaurants, but I kept hearing rave reviews from family about the new smoked brisket. Came in last night to try it out. The line wasn't long, but it moved so slow for no obvious reason. Staff were......there. Not great, not horrible, not welcoming, not rude, just functional.
Portion sizes are getting ridiculously small. I had to ask for double meat because the half a spoonful is not it. They need to employ measuring spoons to maintain consistency and efficiency. Having to constantly ask for more beans, more cheese, more salsa, is irritating and unnecessary if they just filled the spoon as customers expect. For $17, I expect more than 10 shreds of lettuce and a tablespoon of queso.
That being said, the smoked brisket really was good. It was moist and full of flavor. Perfectly spiced and paired well with the other bowl items. I would order it again, but would be very hesitant due to the value of the...
Read moreThere were 8 people in front of me in line when I walked in the door. It was 45 minutes from when I walked through the door until I got to the table with my food. Walked in at 1:15 sat down at 2:00. They ran out of everything once I got to the line. The only protein they had was Garlic Guajillo steak, which I’ve had before and it terrible. Waited for them ti make steak, then waited for them to go get sour cream, then they had to go get corn, then their credit machine went down and had to wait 10 minutes for that while my food got cold. Food was just as good as any other chipotle but my goodness, It shouldn’t take 45 minutes. Can’t blame it on lack of help, because there were two people burrito makers, 4 people in the back doing prep work, the manager making Togo orders. It was just bad operations. One burrito maker left in the middle of the rush to use the restroom and I didn’t see her the rest of the time I was...
