If I could rate my experience at Panda Express today zero stars I would. I had 30 minute for lunch today and had been thinking about visiting panda for lunch since last week. So as I stopped for gas on my lunch break I tried ordering from the panda app but was unable to compete the order because as i tried to order a panda bundle (tried both the plate bundle and the bowl bundle) the app was stating " make a selection for step 3, however there was no step 3 option. it listed option 1, option 2 and option 4". as I'm typing this at home 2 hours later I'm still able to reproduce this error on the app.

So I drove to store and stopped at the drive through speaker, I couldn't hear the girl over the speaker, so I killed my vehicle and sat in the 104 degree heat, still couldn't hear the girl on the speaker.... I could barely make her out speaking out but either her volume was down to almost nothing on her headset or the speaker was malfunctioning.... So I pulled to the window. She looked at me for almost a full minute before she opened the window. I told her I couldn't hear her out on the speaker. She replied " we can't take orders at the window". I said, but I can't hear you on the speaker... She just repeated again that she couldn't take an order at the window and just closed the window.

It's 3pm, the only customer indoors was leaving as I drove around the building without any food, no other cars behind me in the drive through and none in front of me in the drive through line.

I've ordered from this location a couple times prior and experienced borderline customer service so it's not a restaurant I frequent. Custom service for this visit again was an absolute zero. I'm shocked and will shout to the rooftops to everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Far too many options for fast food today for service to not be a primary focus of your staff. Worst fast food experience I've had in as long as...

I hate to say but I had one of the worst dining experiences I have had in awhile today at lunch. I went to Panda Express thinking I could have something not too unhealthy for lunch. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and nice. I was offered samples of different meat entrees and I tasted 3 of them. After tasting them, I really wanted to leave. My husband ordered some sort of shrimp and Shanghai Angus steak with 2 sides. I got a bowl of mushroom chicken. It was really awful. The chicken didn't even taste like chicken. It must have been chicken thighs. It was fatty and very gelatinous. I just could not eat it. I threw mine away. It was $5.90 down the drain. The whole meal was $22.11 with drinks and RICE. I will not be returning. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I stopped and got some yogurt on the way home. Lesson learned. As a note, I have eaten at the Shreveport store and had a much better experience. Several of the entrees looked as if they had been sitting there for quite some time. They were dry and wilted looking. There were not many people in the restaurant. Now I know why. I do want to say the staff was really friendly and I feel bad for this review but don't...

Overall, it’s a good place. The food always tastes good, and they give good helpings. The irritation comes from the drive thru process.

At most places, the cashier takes your order while receiving payment from the car ahead at the window with the staff working on filling multiple orders at once. But 8 or 9 times out of 10, this location takes one car’s order and doesn’t come on the speaker to take the next car’s order until the car ahead at the window has paid and received their food. You’re literally sitting in silence at the menu speaker until the one car ahead at the window pulls away with their food.

This really slows down the process, and it’s one of the reasons that their drive thru line often comes with a decent wait and isn’t a good option if you’re in a hurry.

When it comes to fast food, I always say Chick Fil A is the model that all the others should mirror. CFA will have a line wrapped around the building and out to the road that you can make it thru two or three times in the time it takes to get thru much shorter lines at other places.

Good place overall. Just needs to work on efficiency a...

I was hesitant to order Panda Express after 9 PM, but I decided to give it a chance—unfortunately, I should’ve trusted my instincts. First, let me say that my driver was absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and prompt. However, the food was a complete letdown. I ordered the Super Greens, and the broccoli and cabbage were completely raw, as if they had never been cooked or even blanched. They were hard, crunchy, and completely unseasoned. I’ve had this dish before, so I know this isn’t how it’s supposed to be. I also ordered the Black Pepper Beef, which was just okay but very skimpy on portions. The same went for the other two sides—it really felt like I was getting whatever was left at the end of the night. I was so disappointed that I ended up having to re-cook the Super Greens myself, but they still didn’t turn out right, and I just threw everything away. As someone visiting from out of town without a car, I rely on restaurants to provide quality food through delivery. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond disappointing. I will never order from Panda Express on DoorDash again—especially from this location.

Don’t you love when you order teriyaki chicken with two extra teriyaki sauces (which they charged extra for) then the lady at the drive through window tries to hand you orange chicken sauces, and you say “no I’d like two teriyaki sauces please” and then she only puts soy sauce in your bag and you end up eating your dry, overcooked chicken with ZERO sauce. I really wish this place would get new management. It’s a shame. (Oh, and at the time I wrote this review…you couldn’t go inside to correct your order because of COVID restrictions). Ugh. Thanks Panda Express.

Just came here for lunch and I must say service was excellent! The store was really clean and the all female staff was very professional. It was slightly busy but they communicated effectively and worked as a team. The restroom was top notch in cleanliness which is always a plus and speaks volumes. Management and owners you are very blessed to have staffing to provide service like this. Good job!!!! Oh and by the way the food was flesh, hot and satisfying.
