Subway — Restaurant in Bossier City

I was looking for a healthier choice from the average burger , so I decided to stop in at this subway since it's been over 4 months since I had subway . I get home after working a double and just wanted to eat and go to bed. My favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese which they were out of. Bummer no big deal I Decided I would have the wheat bread instead . I ordered the six inch turkey and veggies too my liking . I get home start eating and it was absolutely the worst sandwich the wheat bread was extremely doughy it was not even close to being a little done by any means I went back up to the subway which explained to the young lady the issue her responses was I Would have to come back up There in the Morning and talk to the person that bakes the bread. I said um negative ghost rider , I have work and why would I do that anyways ? I said no you can let them know for me . Then I requested a remake. She then shows me the Italian herb and cheese bread in the bread warmer pulls one out and informs me why she stated that they were out of this choice. When I tell you that the bread was so raw it was gross . I'm not sure if this is an ongoing issue at this subway. But someone for sure needs to address the bread baker that day . 2 (two) days in a row I have ordered an All American Club. Yesterday, December 14, 2023, I received a sandwich that literally had veggies and cheese on it. I called and they let me come pickup a new sandwich, even though I had it delivered to my work so that I didn't have to leave. Today, December 15, 2023, I decided why not....I ordered another All American Club, also delivered. The sandwich got here, not in a subway bag but a beat up plastic bag that had dirt on the outside. I immediately got my sandwich out and the wrapping was clean. I took a bite....the sandwich was WRONG AGAIN! Full of chicken, not the ham turkey and bacon that I order at least 3 times a week. I called. Same girl, the shift lead at 11:45 am, told me they were NOT replacing my sandwich. That them NOT giving the right sandwich to the delivery driver was not their fault, especially 2, TWO, days in a row....so today I guess i am out of luck on lunch and the $20 it cost me to have lunch delivered. I used 43$ on subs..1 not toasted Foot long sub( steak& cheese...add extra meat and cheese.. add onion and green peppers..oil&vinegar and sweet onion..

I get home.. after a long day yall... no sub is made like I asked

The BLT is some other whatever trash that is...no blt that's what I do know and not toasted

The chicken bacon ranch....extra bacon...had NO bacon nah..N/A.. when I payed for extra... no cucumber.. again I don't know what type of trash this sandwich was it wasn't a chicken bacon ranch..oh not toasted.

The cookies wasn't cooked all the way..

The steak and cheese wasn't extra meat or cheese... no onions no pepper... but hey it wasn't toasted got that part right 😉

Oh and it took over 40 mins at the window for 3...
