We were sat in a corner in the completely empty restaurant at 7 pm on a Monday. After ten minutes, a waitress showed up. She struggled to answer questions we had about food. She misunderstood frequently and I had to rephrase frequently due to a language barrier (no fault of hers) but it made it difficult to pick a meal if my questions weren’t answered clearly. They were out of two of the five beers on draft. After 35 minutes, the food came out. Zero flavor or seasoning on either fish dish, plain rice in a bowl. At this point, songs from The Sound of Music, instrumental Finding Nemo, and other bizarre music played. At least seven other tables were sat with no other wait staff while we powered through a $100 meal and she rarely came back. We went looking for her twice and requested a manager. Everyone was sat in such sad locations with no window view of the wharf, tucked in corners and behind pillars. The manager apologize once and offered nothing else.
