I was wandering the streets of the North End in October 2018, when I came upon All Saints Way. As an out of towner, I'd didn't know what I was looking at. As I was admiring the shrine, a gentleman walked out of the door and asked me if I liked it. "Yea, but what is it? Whose is it?" I asked. "It's mine. I change it all year round based on holidays and such." This fascinating and beautiful shrine and it's interesting and kind owner make a visit a must for those wandering...

The kind of unique local landmark that you don’t plan a trip around, but might detour a few blocks to check out. Most days you can’t go inside, but you can see most of it (and the seasonal decorations) from outside. If you’re lucky (especially Saturdays), the gentleman who owns and maintains the alley will be around and show you inside. Don’t hesitate to chat with him - he’s friendly, unless you’re trying to park in a resident spot...
