If you get a customer giving you feedback about your product/service.. TAKE IT!!! extend the red carpet, take a piece of paper and put alll your attention to what that customer wants to tell... here is the story of a poor customer experience/training... I’ve been a customer of this chain for a while and usually enjoy their fried chicken — especially at other locations, where the food is properly cooked and the service is much better. Unfortunately, this specific store at KENDALL has been a big disappointment.
The last two times I ordered here, the fried chicken was undercooked inside ( I even sent the pictures) I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but after it happened again, I brought it to their attention — and the staff’s attitude was shockingly poor. They were rude and dismissive, showing no intention of fixing the issue or even apologizing, or even surprise which tells me they know it happens frequently.
It's a shame, because I know this brand can do much better. I won’t be coming back to...
Read moreI used to absolutely love this place. I own a business down the street on beacon and I used to eat here consistently with my fiance. It was always great until one day I eat it during the day and not in the evening in a dark room. I noticed my chicken was very dark. Update: after a year I just noticed that the owner has responded to everyone except my review. I wouldn't want people to know either that I'm serving them dark meat chicken to save a few bucks either but come on man...

I live right above this business and the food is great, but that interaction and the way both cashiers at the front were turned around and avoiding eye contact the entire time rubbed me the wrong way. If they told me it'd be another 30 minutes then I could easily go back to my apartment and come back in another half hour. Why...
