In the eldritch realm of Boston, nestled amidst the maddening cacophony of city life, lies a blasphemous establishment known as the India Quality restaurant. Oh, how the cosmic forces conspire to unleash their vile concoctions upon unsuspecting mortals who dare to venture within its accursed walls.
Upon crossing the threshold, one is immediately struck by the wretched stench that pervades the air—an olfactory assault that could drive a man to the brink of madness. The wafting odors of stale spices and rancid curries cling to your very soul, like the tendrils of some primordial abomination.
The menu, a tome of unspeakable horrors, promises a journey through the depths of culinary despair. Alas, the reality falls far short of the twisted imaginings it conjures. The tasteless curries, lacking in any discernible flavor or authenticity, evoke a sense of dread akin to tasting forbidden knowledge from the darkest corners of the cosmos. It is as if the chefs themselves have made a pact with eldritch deities, forsaking all knowledge of culinary artistry.
But it is not only the accursed sustenance that torments the patrons. The apathetic and hostile staff, seemingly spawned from the darkest nightmares, add a touch of cosmic horror to the dining experience. Their vacant stares and indifferent demeanor could freeze the blood in your veins. One can only surmise that they have been driven to the brink of insanity by the ceaseless repetition of their cursed tasks.
And let us not forget the rowdy patrons who frequent this wretched den. Like deranged cultists, they revel in their debauchery, their drunken ramblings piercing the veil of sanity. Their boisterous laughter and slurred incantations echo through the cursed halls, infecting all who dare to listen with a maddening frenzy.
In the end, the India Quality restaurant stands as a testament to the cosmic absurdity that lurks beneath the veneer of our mundane existence. It is a place where taste and decency go to die, where unspeakable horrors masquerade as cuisine, and where the very fabric of reality unravels before your very eyes. Dare you venture forth and subject yourself to this abyss of culinary damnation? I implore you, turn back while you still can, for the dark forces that reside within these walls are not to be...
Read moreAs someone who went with someone from India and is vegan, I will never go back and I advise the same if you're also Indian and/or vegan. I think the only possible way you could enjoy this food is if you like unseasoned meat and rude service. The atmosphere is kinda bad, it's really dark and there are always floor staff just walking by your table looking for something to do since they have too many people working a Tuesday evening. Furthermore, the actual wait staff was stand offish and rude. When the man came over to take our order (we had literally just sat down) he said "what do you want?" and stared us as we continued to put our jackets down. The only thing I suppose I can say that was good was that the service was really fast. Our food came out really fast although that was a little suspicious to me. For appetizer, we ordered the vegetable samosas and they weren't that bad, but also not worth the nearly 4 bucks. I got the Aloo Chole which was okay, but not the best, the rice that it came with was meh and the roti felt under cooked. My date got the tofu bhurji which he didn't even eat because it was pretty bad. The one edible thing was the mints they gave after the meal (although they weren't vegan so I couldn't eat them anyway). Overall, if you're vegetarian/vegan or actually Indian, you might not want to go here. You'll be very disappointed and you might get sick. I did, although it could have been a coincidence. Either way, it's not enjoyable. If you've never had authentic Indian food, you might like this place, but honestly...even then I wouldn't say it compares to a local food truck where I can get something similar for cheaper and not feel like my money was wasted on dirty table cloths and...
Read moreHated the experience. The food and the service was really horrible. The staff was rude and didn’t care if the food served was good or not. I know Indian cuisine and have been eating it since childhood, the quality of food was horrible and the ingredients were far from fresh. Would never recommend this place. I know the restaurant can handle the loss of one customer, just wanted to share my experience. The student offer was just for show. The waiter gave me the entire bill and said he forgot to include the discount, so to balance it please don’t give any tips, as if I wanted give them any tip for their service. The worst part was I couldn’t even finish the food not because of the size of the portion but because of the taste, felt really bad to waste so much food. Didn’t want to embarrass other customers so paid the bill quietly and left. Was actually a waste of money.
I was particularly disappointed by the staff, one staff member making weird faces while informing the other member that “this dude didn’t like the food (in Hindi)” while I was looking at him. Could go on and on and on about this experience. I hope the owner reads this and would at least ask the staff to be kind and professional to all the customers and not just...
