It was a fun time. When I signed up, it said $50 for 1hr, pretty fair to assume that's 1hr of VR experience, right? You only get 40 minutes of VR. When I asked, they said it's cause you need some time to do the waiver. Waiver takes literally 2 minutes, maximum. I understand setup, but that doesn't take 18 minutes. It's just weird. I think they gave us a little kore time, which was appreciated, but it still was a weird vibe. It very, very clearly says 1hr when you check out, I don't recall any mention of 40 minutes. I had to argue with some guy while I was playing to get a few more mins. Add all this to technical difficulties, and all of a sudden you might be looking at 35 minutes of good playtime. I bought 3 tickets for may 13th, 2023 for a 5pm start. Without knowing where it was located in boston, I figured I would get there at 4pm just incase to park. Parking was full so I drove around for 1 hour looking for parking with no luck. I called to tell them my situation and asked to reschedule and they told me they could not do anything about it. They told me it was all in the email they sent me AFTER I purchase the tickets. I did not lock at email until 10am on the day we were going. If I know this could be a problem I would've been more prepared and would've made other travel Arrangements. Now not only did we waste 3 hours of driving but now I cant get back the $150.00 or can't even reschedule. And ill never get to have the experience at the key to amaze VR. Sad and upset to...
