A must visit restaurant. So delicious!! We were in town to see the Van Gogh show at The Strand Theatre and stopped by this restaurant on a lark. We were beyond thrilled by the food, the restaurant itself, and the service. We had a chicken tinga burrito which was huge and yummy. We also had their HOMEMADE guac. Excellent. And lastly, we had their ground beef tacos on white corn tortillas. These were the best tacos I have ever had. The seasoning of the meat is so delicate and sublime. I was wishing I could figure out how they made it. They were topped with a fresh mix of cilantro, onions, and radish. Their homemade salsas were out of this world. We will be going back to this area JUST to go to this restaurant. So good. If you're headed to the zoo, this could be a great place to eat lunch before or after. So yummy. If I could make one request to the owner, (who was so welcoming to us) is to add a salad option for people trying to stay low carb....

My family went there yesterday night around 8pm. They were very quick with getting our food out and the place was affordable. The food tasted very good. My tacos, the shrimp taco and chicken tinga were delicious. My partner got the birria tacos and enjoyed them. The plantains were made to perfection. However, my street corn was not great. I ordered a total of $82.00 of food and it was sad that the flavor was off. There was no meat in my berries tacos or my wife’s burrito bowl, it was filled with rice, barely meat and beans. I called and the gentlemen on the phone was clueless and offered to go back to get another bowl. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated that he was the manager when at first he asked to speak to someone in regards my complaint he was clueless.
