I just left Burger King here on beautiful nice Dorchester Ave with a horrible, nasty experience! I walked in at 6:03, I have an MBTA yellow construction coat on, as soon as I walked in the lady in front asked me if I parking in the empty lot here, I said yes, she immediately started to scream, not yell, but scream at me that I need to park across the street or someone else that this parking is for customers only (I know,I see the irony). I was speechless? I guess there’s construction across the street so instead of asking she assumed and started screaming at me and this went on for a few minutes, with an agitated voice she said sorry but people park here that aren’t customers!! She continued to be nasty, she interrupted me asking for a real apology by saying “just tell me what you want” Last of all, the construction doesn’t even open the gates until 7 (an hour later) to construction due to city ordinance, can we get back to having nice people work counters, or people that are friendly and not hired just to be hired, customer service here has gone way down the last several years, avoid if you can, always long slow lines as well
She should not lose her job, but she should not be dealing with customers as this isn’t my first negative interaction with her as she doesn’t know what issues I have to deal with personally
Had to write an update, since this issue, and another, it’d been great. Look forward to going in the morning, the same person actually makes my...

I usually don't eat at these types of fast food joints but I was exceptionally hungry and I hadn't eaten breakfast. I stopped here and I ordered a Spicy Chicken Jr as well as a 10 piece Chicken Nugget and never again. The Spicy Chicken Jr's bread was stale and they looked like they had picked up old lettuce off of the counter to put on the sandwich. I even attached a picture of this lettuce. It's wilted and is even a different color on the end. In addition, the sauce for the nuggets seemed like they had it for ages because it was clumpy runny like.
Notice the receipt says I went through the "Drive Thru"; however, this definitely wasn't arrive through. It was definitely a "Parking Lot". They're slow as hell.
Lastly but not least, I called to complain because I wasn't going to waste my gas to go back for $1.00 menu item and they don't answer the phone on the 1st or 2nd. Therefore, I gave up and decided to give a review and to tell you the truth I think it has to do with the neighborhood...
Read moreIt wasnt bad but the thing I really can’t stand about these types of places is when you SAY your order is for HERE AND they give you a BAG when you receive right when you get your food you have your jacket off table picked out and everything ugh! I felt like I should have asked for a tray but I didn’t want to waste time so I just ate my food as it was at least it was good though mostly fresh and it was clean only thing I didn’t like was it looked like you need to be buzzed in for the rest room and I was just standing there waiting while they did nothing and KNEW I was a customer when I arrived. The place is small but ok and This one seems more expensive than others as my 5.49 two original chicken sandwiches and small fries coupon costed me 8.43 with a large drink I paid less at others. The area isn’t great so be careful apart from that this is a small Burger King and One of the few around in Boston that has free style machines also another reason why I visited May or may not be back it’s a little tricky to get to from downtown but did it’s job as far as...
