Shame you can’t leave NO STARS. I really have to leave this review! Since I have come too many times, I really liked this place! This time, my money was badly spent, I don’t know what happened to this place, but the lady who helped us was rude, disrespectful and arrogant, my day had to repeat her order multiple times, and they still managed to get it wrong. Because they had packaged our order in a plastics bag, we did not realize they were wrong, so I came back and politely asked if they could prepared the right order for me, since I had no idea what was prepared for me, instead I was met by an angry cashier who told me they could not prep my order again because WE had placed the wrong order and started speaking Vietnamese with her coworker, I informed her that what she was doing was disrespectful, she didn’t care, didn’t correct my order or reimburse me. I WILL NEVER RETURN!! Go there if you want to experience discrimination...

Finally, someone asked what I wanted in their language and I told them in English (I don't speak Vietnamese), but then someone else was still helped ahead of me. Wasn't until I was about to walk out when they finally acknowlegded my order. Felt a little like because I didn't speak the language, they thought it was ok to help others first.
And to make it worse-I ordered the grilled chicken banh mi--chicken was extremely dry. Like days old cut up rotisserie chicken, including a piece of bone!!!! ...

Ba Le also bakes their own bread but I'm not sure about King Do.
I also had the hot coffee which was very good, tastes like Trung Nguyen brand viet coffee and you get a whole styrofoam cup of it for $3.5, at least if you...
