Body + Fuel is my favorite place to get fit. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care about everyone who's there. And the community of people who workout there is full of friendly faces.
B+F takes pandemic safety & health very seriously. Not only did they adopt new cleaning procedures, but they created an outdoor workout space available year-round, even in the winter! Since Summer 2020, I've worked out exclusively outdoors. I recently did a front squat PR in 27˚ F temperatures!
The workouts designed by the coaches have a great variety. Some days focus on HIIT, others on heavier weight lifting. Different days concentrate on different muscle groups of the body - you'll never skip leg or arm day if you regularly workout here. The coaches want to help you improve your functional strength and overall health in a safe way, avoiding injuries.

Read moreSuper friendly members! There are people of all ages and experience here so it is not an intimidating environment. The owner always listens to feedback from members, is always improving the space (adding racks, new equipment, etc), and responds quickly to e-mails!
The classes are challenging enough that you always leave sweating, and there are scaling options (easier/harder) so you'll always be able to progress. There are periodic nutrition challenges you can sign up for; it's nice to have a group to keep you motivated!
The price is on par with similar gyms (expensive), but worth it for the quality of instruction, comfortable environment and variety in the workouts (I'm never bored!).
