I used to be a regular. Not anymore. Breakfast sandwiches are ok, but the menu prices are not completely accurate. If an iced latte is a different price than hot, you need to list it on the menu inside ($5 after tax for a small for anyone curious, which is expensive for the area). I also did not ask you to pump vanilla into my latte or there is something very wrong with your milk. Coffee and espresso is acceptable most of the time, if you want the closest option possible, but you’ll find better at most other places in the north end for the same price or slightly cheaper and they will have better service, won’t mess up the order, and a nicer atmosphere. Service can also be slow most of the time, unless you go early. Smelled strongly of old frying oil. Maybe I came at the wrong time, it was staffed by two Latinos - lady who spoke almost no English and surly young man just did not speak at all in any language. Asked for cappuccino in real cup (twice and reconfirmed) - got paper cup. They were just going to pour it out of the paper cup into the porcelain cup (the whole point if proper cappuccino is the foam), so I declined and just kept the disposable cup. Didn’t taste great and had grounds floating in the milk. So definitely not worth the nasty old fried oil permeating my hair for the rest of the day :(

HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! We went in to get ice cream. We ordered the mint and they gave us pistachio. When we went up to get it fixed they gave us strawberry since they didn't actually have mint. There was no way for us to know since none of their ice cream is labeled and she didn't tell us when we ordered that there was no mint, just gave us another flavor without asking.
