wanted a classic milk tea with bubbles, but selected bubble milk tea and added a bubble topping. When I realized it not long later, I went to the cashier to ask if this means I have double topping, and the cashier immediately said yes (which means he knew I have this “weird” order but never clarified; wasn’t very busy at that time so the drink was made immediately). On the order page on the machine, there was no special note to say bubble milk tea comes with bubbles. I could have been more careful though.

Four star because this 30% seems way sweeter than other coco I have been to. It could be due to the double topping but I was left more thirsty because of...

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were impatient when I asked questions and made me feel very unwelcome. Terrible service — I wouldn’t recommend this...
