If you’re looking for a new Panini spot in Boston, you have to give Pressed Cafe a try!
Pressed Cafe has an expansive menu with all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can get breakfast sandwiches, ginormous breakfast burritos, toasts, breakfast plates, & bagels. They also have a solid selection of freshly made pastries and treats.
For lunch and dinner, they have a huge selection of salads, soups, bowls, Panini, Açaí bowls, Mac and Cheese, and so much more! The portions are very generous & they have plenty of side options to pick from. It’s actually hard deciding what I want for my side dish! There are so many options!
For those just looking for a pastry and a beverage, they have you covered! They have a solid selection of fresh-baked pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts.
They have a huge selection, beverage wise. They offer multiple fresh-squeezed juices, shots, and smoothies. If you prefer a hot beverage, they have a solid selection of Coffees, Teas, Espressos, and Lattes.
They also have a solid selection of cold and caffeinated beverages. Iced coffee, cold brew, iced lattes, iced teas, and lemonades.
The portions are very generous. One panini is PLENTY for one. I went with the Reuben Panini. Corned beef, melty cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island on pressed rye bread. The sandwich was perfect.
The bread was just right. Heavy and thick enough to hold up to the ingredients piled high, yet soft and delicious. The bread didn’t turn soggy or fall apart. The corned beef was tender, flavorful, and they don’t skimp on the protein!
I ordered the Potato Salad as my side-dish. It was a portion large enough for two! Incredibly delicious and you can tell it is made fresh. I am very particular about potato salad.
They do offer a kids menu and a solid selection of Vegan options. They also have a limited selection of Paleo baked goods.
Everything was packed perfectly and the food was delivered piping hot and fresh! If you’re looking for a solid Panini spot, you have to try Pressed Cafe!
I look forward to coming back to try their...
Read moreI know when I like a new restaurant/cafe when I go there for the first time and return the following day! Day 1, I had the Vegan Red Dragon Bowl. Yes, it sounds spicy, but they place the hot sauce on the side. Filled with junks of tofu, grilled veggies, red quinoa, and peanut sauce.
Day 2, l mixed things up and order the Traditional Greek Salad. Chunks of feta with all the traditional ingredients you'd find in a greek salad. They have multiple options to add protein. I had them top it off with avocado. They give you an option of a quarter or half avocado. I also ordered a Cafe Latte on my first visit...great! Can't wait to order a black coffee when I return.
All said, the quality and quantity of my food was excellent. They have a large menu of salads, bowls, coffee, all-day breakfast, smoothies, etc. For those vegans out there....so many options! A big shout-out to the staff. Everyone was friendly from the people who took our order and delivered it to us.
Take your time and review the menu. Order at the counter and they'll give you a number that you'll place on your table. Someone will deliver your food quickly. I couldn't believe how fast it was prepared. Indoor and outdoor seating options. I can't wait until I return...
Read moreVery upbeat music. I came here due to wanting some food and this was the place that was not a chain that fried everything, or claimed authentic without being authentic and open early in the morning. Some of the reviews stated this was a place to come to due to their menu. I showed up here and spoke to both Josiah and Elvira. They understood this was my first time at this place and this was my first visit to Boston with no clue on what to do or get for food. They went through many recommendations and to try this and that. We settled on the Mac and cheese with steak, some sliced naan with egg and steak inside, and the California sun drink because it sounded weird and I wanted to try it. Both good items were good, tasty, flavorful, not too hot or cold, which is a big plus. The drink, I really did not care for, however I do not really care for ginger or carrot so maybe you will like it better. Overall very much appreciated of the food, the atmosphere, Josiah and Elvira banter and assistance, as they both bring a great compliment to each other at the...
