Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I've ordered from here for a while. And I kinda don't have a choice when they sell really good food for a good price. But the service and delivery are absolutely ridiculous. The night before today, I place an order, and knowing they sometimes take their sweet time, I decided to wait. Two hours later I was able to eat a little something, waiting another 45 minutes to an hour and I was still hungry waiting for my pizza. What did they do? They cancelled my order. I didn't cancel it. It suddenly was cancelled and I never got my food. I didn't of course have to pay for it, I got my money back. But when you're sitting there, giving them a chance to get your pizza to you, and they make you wait 2-3 hours, looking at the Dominos Tracker they seem so proud of, and your app says it's been in "prep since 5:20" and it's already been almost two hours. This is really disappointing since it's the closest Domino's here and I do not believe any other will deliver this far. Don't even get me started on the delivery. I understand that they have multiple deliveries to make. That's not the issue. The issue is that they always forget something. It can be as small as the dressing cups, but I one time didn't get my soda I ordered that they took my tip happily because I was hopeful enough to place the tip with my order. That and I've already been on hold for 30 minutes in this moment. I'm so angry and hungry. Don't order from here unless you plan on waiting over 3 hours. Sometimes that's not the case but the last 5 times I've ordered have...

I placed an order around 4:30pm for a cash delivery upon arrival. I got calls from the driver but somehow missed the call. I called back no answer. The driver (Patrick) called again and proceeded in a angry and frustrated tone “Come outside I have your order” I go outside and I don’t see him, I looked on the tracking page to see where he was and all it said was he was arriving soon. So I went back inside and I was heading back Patrick called me again in an angry tone asking where are you? Where are you? I then said with an attitude I’m outside my house where are you I’m waving my hand. Patrick gets out the car and I hand him the money and he says the bill total and I got the total wrong so I just wanted to double check the total on my phone. I got the total wrong so I said okay I’ll be right back to get the rest of the money. He then said “ Do you want me to call my manager?” “You’re wasting my time” “I need the rest of my money” So I then asked for my money back and he proceeded to say how I was wasting his time and he came all the way to my house for nothing because I didn’t even tip him. This kind of customer service is very distasteful and disappointing. I didn’t even get a chance to give a tip because from our first interaction it was terrible. I don’t recommend this location. Not only that I called the store and waited for 20 minutes to get a hold of someone and still in hold at this moment. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I will also be reporting this to the better...

The cheesy bread was thin and smaller than it was supposed to be and the cinnamon sticks with barely browned and just lightly dusted with cinnamon and sugar. This place has some of the worst service. I have been here before and noticed all the young boys just hanging around not really doing much but when I went today it was the worst visit ever. They were literally treating it like their Clubhouse, trying to get girls numbers and letting the orders just pile-up up in the machine instead of actually filling them. Despite having two orders I was still not able to pay for them together. The food took half an hour to prepare, when it said it would be done in 15 minutes. By the time I got there it was supposed to be ready and I still had to wait another 15 minutes. The service is horrible I wasn't even given a receipt I had to literally shuffle through the orders that were coming through the machine to find my credit card receipt it was not handed to me the boy told me it was on the table and walked away. I doubt their delivery is any faster because without the food being made how can it be delivered. I don't know who runs this franchise I understand they're trying to give the youth jobs but they need to do better...
