Target — Local services in Boston

The woman who works head of the security team likes to bully people. I get there are a lot of drug addicts in the area. But she is way out of line. A few years back I was in line at the pharmacy, my husband had shorts in a bag he wanted to exchange for larger size. As I waited in line he went and got what he needed. She assumed the shorts in the bag were stolen. I was so upset after explaining what was going on and pushing my full cart to the side she said sorry and said you can pay for your stuff. I said no thank you and left. Months later went in there again this time her and another security guard woman who had issues with me elsewhere in my younger years started harassing me. I never let it get to me. I stopped going in there. It's been a year I went in there today really quick for. Drink at the register and got in line. The same woman tells security guards to watch me so loud while people were walking by. I was mortified. My husband who was always standing waiting for me said are you serious lady. I said what watch me wait in line. I asked her name so I can file a complaint she refused. She refused to give me a number to call and make a complaint. A manager named Miguel completely made up a scenario that never happened in November and the last time I ever was in that store was oct 13th 2022. I work for a vendor that services this target by stocking the shelves. On oct 13th I had a routine delivery for that store of 55 cases of product, I completed my delivery like always and left the store. A manager named Miguel completely made up an altercation saying I told him “I didn’t put up a display in the store” when that Target according to my company doesn’t even have displays in the store. Furthermore he stated to my supervisors that we had this conversation/altercation sometime in November when I stated before my last documented visit to this Target was oct 13th 2022 with no other visits from me after that (my company provides tablets that document the date and time for every store you visit and the computers will show I wasn’t even in that particular store in the month of November at all. Because of these actions by Miguel I have been put on leave from my job and I would like other vendors to know about the activity that goes on in this store and to beware of this...

I went there to look for a organizational bins, maybe some clothing and just to check out this location as it’s my first time going to this target, I immediately noticed an employee in the area I was in, and naturally since sections are so small I moved on since there’s barely anything to look at. then I noticed she was in the same section as me again, at this point it’s all I can focus on so I just head to the home section to find some bins(which again barely a selection) and she’s there again, I see some fall candles and go to see how they smell and her and another employee basically take over the section and start opening the candles like they were looking too. I just felt awkward so I left. I’d hate to jump to conclusions about the situation but honestly I felt followed and I left because of it.
