Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

Bagel was bad.. the "everything" bagel had nothing on it.. and Toasted dark doesnt exists i guess since my bagels as cooked as if it came out of the microwave......

.. the male worker with curly black hair wiped his nose on the back of his hand, was drinking near mobile orders.. used a spoon to stir my tea, put it in a metal cup with other spoons.. then took a spoon out of the cup and used it in my drink again... the health and safety hazards of this place...

Cashier was on point. The manager behind her delegating the process; not so much. The manager didn't make eye contact with me or hand me my food even though I was right in front of her. I saw her use proper customer service skills towards an elder white gentleman and a slightly younger white guy but not to me. It's never too busy to make eye contact and treat your customers...

This is the second time they've forgotten a main items. They don't pay attention and it's ridiculous. Definitely not how to run a business. Can't be that hard to make sure all items are in the bag. The list is literally taped on the bag. I would avoid this place all together. There are plenty of other DD close by!...
