Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

I've gone to this Dunkin many times and never had anything like this happen. I was discriminated against for being fat. Today 5/26 at 5:05PM I went up to the counter to order and told the person I wanted an egg and cheese and three orders of hash browns while holding up three fingers. He repeats the order back to me but says two orders of hash browns, to which I reply "no, three orders" holding up three fingers again, and he repeated back the order confirming three hash browns while giving me a look up and down. Tell me why I get home and see that he gave me two orders of hash browns and put in an empty freaking hash brown bag in there. So I got 2 orders of hash browns and an empty bag. There's absolutely no way he did not hear me considering I was holding up three fingers and he confirmed the 3 orders the second time after I corrected him. Unless they ran out, there's no reason why he shouldn't have given me what I paid for, and if they had run out, he should have said something instead of not giving me what I paid for and putting an empty bag in there. I'm livid. I called the store to try to get a refund, and nobody answered so I called a second time and he answered the phone being like "what" as if he's annoyed that I'm calling and I said you messed up my order that's what, and he was like call tomorrow morning when my manager is here and hung up. I almost never leave a review while still in line but this morning was just really annoying. There was a young man w pretty eyes that was just rude at the register. Everyone was nice and in a good mood but this person was rude, rushy, and probably shouldn't work in coffee. No one deserves to stay their day with an attitude especially but someone in coffee. I came to this location bc everyone was friendly, usually. We're all wrong sometimes I guess. i only order at this location because of the convenience of my commute but it’s the last time. Every order, the coffee is horrible and something missing from my order. Today I ordered two meals deals and there were only 2 hashbrowns in one of the packets??? I’ve worked at a location before so I I know how nearly impossible it is to mess up an order unless you 1.
