Order Drive thru: sandwhich, croissant and medium Ice latte w caramel
I got a SMALL latte with no Caramel, and missing my sandwhich and croissant? Then i asked for my croissant and with attitude gave me a dry and cold croissant aggressively
"you said nvm" to take it off the order.
I look at my passanger "did i say that"
Ang ways I try to be nice and say oh okay maybe i did im sorry, can i get a croissant and sandwhich im missing.
"no your going to have to go back around because i have cars waiting"
I am a car that is waiting and im already here at the window, your telling me to get out of line and wait behind 2-3 more cars because you thought i said to cancel
The store manager was the one at the window and on multiple occasions he has been rude. (when i ask for more ketchup, he says" theres one in the bag"- I reply oh yes i see that thank you can i get some more please- and aggressively and with an attitude provides me more.)
Not sure if its policy to make someone go back in line for a second item but it wouldnt have taken long for them to just make me a sandwhich. or It wouldnt have taken much from him to be professional and nice about things

Ā Ā Ā Read moreService and order accuracy is pretty hit or miss. Iāve only ever seen one manager I believe, a woman, and she herself has amazing service and pushes employees to have good customer service, even corrects orders when they are wrong. However, when there is not manager present, seems to be a free for all. No communication, yet some employees get upset that I ask for orders to be corrected before I pay for it. Usually have to have a little taste before I leave or else Iāll have to walk all the way back to fix an order. Usually, hot coffees I order never have the flavoring in them so I have to ask for it, which isnāt well received by some employees. Iāve tried mobile ordering to make things quicker, but they often run out of things (which is fine, itās expected) and DONT communicate it. I end up waiting 10 min for food that doesnāt exist and sometimes am met with a hostile employee who doesnāt want to give me...

I ordered the omlet bites, one order. My total bill for this was $13.00 and the cashier seemed offended I did not tip. She charged me for two omlet bites and wouldn't give me a refund. When I asked for plastic ware, the girl said all they had was plastic knives. I am at the 34 William Kelly Sq. #34 store in East Boston, I will NOT be back nor would I recommend this store. Mari was the cashier and I understand there is a shortage of good workers but this place is beyond good customer service, it...
