These are the best baked goods that I've had in a long time. I ate all of them too quickly to take photos, but I'm looking forward to getting back there soon!

I was helped by Natalie, the owner, and she was truly delightful. She took the time to answer all my questions about the pastries and we chatted about the bakery itself as well. Here's what I bought:

Canele: a small French pastry that was semi-caramelized on the outside and soft custard/cake interior. Insanely delicious. Dream cookie: chocolate, marshmallows, cornflakes. Some caramelized lace had baked around the edge and OMG just so so good. M&M cookie: as an M&M cookie lover, this is the best one I've ever had. The M&Ms are throughout the dough almost at like a 50-50 ratio. Exterior was crispy, interior was soft and chocolatey. I...

Tried out this new bakery in Davis Square yesterday. There was already a long line waiting for the doors to open at 8 am.

A whole lot of eager customers waited eagerly for their turn - our turn took 30 minutes of patient waiting to reach the door.

Very delicious offerings!! Slightly on the pricey side for the baked offerings and for the coffee.

Lots of street parking around.

Since we had our dog with us, one of us had to stay outside while the other shopped. Quite a few of the customers waiting in line had brought along their dogs. One recommendation, have a doggie harness station outside on the footpath - kinda like one sees in old western movies for horseradish.

Wish you all...

A new gem in the Boston Public Market. When looking for delicious croissants, coconut macaroons, cookies or breads - this is the place to go. All croissants are flaky and buttery at the same time, the pain au chocolat has really good chocolate in it, savory croissants has unexpected but well chosen spices in them. Overall - true delight. For Easter they launched new flavors for sweets and croissants, guava and cheese combination was really delicious. Coconut macaroons deserve to be mentioned too, the combination of toasted coconut flakes and caramel flavor of the condensed milk in the dough make them...

Visited Boston Public Market as soon as they opened yesterday and immediately purchased a cheddar and onion scone from Hearth & Hug! All their pastries looked delicious but I wanted something savory and my scone was very tasty! โ˜บ๏ธ

Great place to grab an early morning breakfast or a late afternoon/night snack. Try the ham and cheese croissant! The everything bagel seasoning on top really drives the entire thing home.
