I've unfortunately found myself here, after multiple occasions of Honeycomb's horrible display of customer service. I live right around the corner and order there online, often... more often than McKennas. One would think a local, neighborhood café would value local customers and treat them to return.
They threw my food out (that was already paid for ~$22) when I showed up 2 minutes after close w/ NO refund, offering modifications one day and refusing them the next, and sternly told to not call in to their establishment, as it makes it hard for them to "handle the crowd". I have been in the service industry for 5+ and hate reviews written out of spite or taken out of context, but this is well deserved. There was some seating, but it's essentially standing room only. 3 stars...

We agreed that the quality of the ingredients was very good with one huge exception. Our plain "bagels" were rememisent of cardboard and drier than the Sahara. It completely ruined our food. We will go back and try sandwiches on other types of bread but we will stay away from the "bagels". I use quotation marks for "bagels" because it would be insulting to bagels to lump what we had into the same category. I suggest they get...
