I've unfortunately found myself here, after multiple occasions of Honeycomb's horrible display of customer service. I live right around the corner and order there online, often... more often than McKennas. One would think a local, neighborhood café would value local customers and treat them to return.

They threw my food out (that was already paid for ~$22) when I showed up 2 minutes after close w/ NO refund, offering modifications one day and refusing them the next, and sternly told to not call in to their establishment, as it makes it hard for them to "handle the crowd". I have been in the service industry for 5+ and hate reviews written out of spite or taken out of context, but this is well deserved. I will not be giving them anymore of my business and hope to spare others from the unacceptable customer service I've experienced.
