This was my first experience visiting this location. When you first walk in the atmosphere of the place is very peaceful and calm. The staff are pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I asked one of the employees for his opinion in three particular smoothies, he was okay that I picked the Tropical Sun smoothie (it has pineapple, mango, banana with coconut milk) he said the next time I come by to get the Rosa Dulce smoothie (he said that was delicious) I ordered some wake-up oats as well (pictured below). I made myself comfortable and the energy of the restaurant does say a lot: cozy, comfort, welcoming, positive, bright and so much more. The same employee came up to me and asked what milk do I prefer for my oats (oat milk or 2%) and I went for something different and tried the oat milk. The oats are filling and the peanut butter melts with the hot oats. Super amazing! The heads up is that the smoothies do cost about $8.25 before tax and the wake-up oats is about $6.25 before tax as well. So splurge if you have it, you know? The customer service that I received that day, it was phenomenal and absolutely beautiful. I do highly recommend trying this place.

I came here in late September 2021 for a smoothie. I got the Rosa Dolce Smoothie and it was just okay. Keep in mind, this was my first smoothie from Boston and I'm from LA so I expected it to be a lot thicker and sweeter than it was. I'm not sure if all Boston smoothies are supposed to be this texture but the consistency and flavor was a bit flat to me. Because it wasn't what I hear expected, I was disappointed with it. But maybe smoothies are made like this in Boston because it's healthier? To top it off, the price of the smoothie was $9.58, which was a bit high for a somewhat disappointing experience. The flavors of the fruits were all there, it just didn't have that wow-factor. They are, however, open for indoor dining and have an outdoor patio. The indoor seating areas have outlets for you to charge your electronics. The restrooms were for customers only. Not sure how the parking situation was since I took public transportation here. It didn't look like there were that much parking though.

This is a good restaurant and they have high quality food. However, they get my order wrong very frequently which is extremely annoying. I usually order the oatmeal from Juicy Greens and whenever I order it, there is always something wrong with it.

The 1st time, I specifically stated that I didn't want cacao nibs, but lo and behold, cacao nibs were in my oatmeal.

The 2nd time, I ordered oatmeal with the same directions and there were STILL cacao nibs in my container. I told the staff and they removed it manually.

The 3rd time, I specifically asked for honey and there was no honey or peanut butter so they had to fix that.

The 4th time I picked up my order and the oats weren't even cooked. They were barely cooked and I had requested peanut butter. There was no peanut butter initially. After that, I called the manager and complained.

Juicygreens has a lot of interesting food. I ordered the salad once. But there seems to be some sort of confusion with getting orders right. I don't know if there is a language barrier or maybe people are not reading the instructions. I don't get it. Very disappointed. This could be a 4/5 star review if the service...
