This is the most worthless, unprofessional, time wasting experience I have had looking for a position. Jenn contacted me after I applied for a job. She asked me what time I could chat on the phone. I said 1 or 2:00. Instead of picking one she said “perfect’. I emailed back that I looked forward to talking at 1:00 then. No response. The next day I stop everything and prepare for the interview. There was no call at 1:00, so I sat there waiting for an hour. Finally, at 2:00 I find the number for the agency and leave her a voicemail. Nothing. So, I email her again and ask when she would like to reschedule. Without apology she says for the first time that she is in a different timezone and offers another time to talk. Again, I prepare for the interview. She is not kind and all she says when she calls is that I need to make an update to my resume. That should have been an email. I update the resume, send it to her, and ask what she thinks. Again, she offers to reschedule a phone conversation. I email back with a time and ask if that works for her. No response. Again, I prepare for the interview at the time I suggested and she doesn’t ever call. I’m done. I have no desire to work with...

I applied for a position that was posted on their website and from start to finish the process could not have went better. I worked with Jenn who did my interview which was very thorough but she was very easy going and personable. They really want to find a good fit for the client as well as the person applying. The agency definitely goes above and beyond for their clients it's clear, and they are definitely cheerleaders for you as well. If you land that job they are so genuinely happy for you! Jenn helped me land my dream job! She is super responsive and I never felt like a bother or burden if I had more questions throughout the process.
