The servers are beyond rude, obnoxious and refuse to wear gloves to serve the patties. I went there twice in a month just to make sure it wasn't just the young boy serving without greeting any of the customers. I went back again and the grown female was loud and rude when I ask for a box of 10 patties and she yelled that she can only box 12 and will bag the 10 patties. They have zero customer service, zero business common sense on how to communicate or deal with customers. I'm planning to call the health department. They refused to wear gloves. Read moreI really like this place! The pattie’s are delicious. I tried it for the first time recently and I got one of each flavor patty. They each tasted great except the fish was a little bit weird tasting. The patties are a great size for what they are charging and they give a decent amount of meat inside. They have good customer service, unlike other Haitian restaurants/bakeries in Massachusetts. One of the best things about this place is that they accept the EBT/SNAP card as a form of payment. Read moreI have to admit, I prefer the deep fried Haitian patty better but this bakery blew me away with the baked patty. The patty was flaky enough to feel the outer layer breaking away as you bite into it but the inner layers were soft and consistent. The filling as well as the dough were both delicious.
