first time ordering their wings and they tasted like they were fried in burnt oil. when I called to alert them of this I as told that they change the oil from the night before and that is how they always cook them so there is nothing they can do. I then offered to bring them in so the person could taste themselves and was told "as long as they are all there when i bring them in", which implies I am lying about the quality of the food I paid almost $50 for all that was ordered. The wings were the least expensive item in my order so that implication is just disrespectful and petty. In hindsight i should not have to bring anything in but just to prove a point I will bring them in tomorrow. In addition, the pizza was mediocre after I personally added some mozzarella and heated it back up(my addtl mozza on the left and without on the right). Did they change chef's? Idk, but i really liked their pizza in the past. Luckily for me there are at least 2 other nearby pizza places I will go back to ordering from. This is a prime example of poor customer service from a business that clearly does not care about ALL their customers. Just for the record I would have given 4 stars if the person in the background was better versed in customer service. Their new motto should be "what does one customer complaint matter?" please view pics below.

Finding parking here can be a bit challenging so plan accordingly! I was craving some pizza for dinner and found this place not far from where I was. First thing you notice when you walk in is how small the place is. There's literally 2 tables here (1 that can fit two people, the other larger table can probably fit 8+? I would definitely plan on carry out here since there's a slim chance you'll have a place to sit otherwise. Their menu is pretty expansive. Do yourself a favor and admire the chalk menu but stick to the print outs since it'll all be in one location and easier to read (you'll be there all day otherwise). I ordered a medium meatball and margherita pizza that actually comes with a side of garlic bread knots and a size of marinara sauce. The pizza is a Neapolitan style pizza (made with San Marzano tomatoes grown specifically in a region of Italy) and has a thin crunchy crust. The pizza itself was delicious (especially with the fresh basil) and the garlic knots were also surprisingly buttery and tasty with the marinara sauce. They also have a ton of pizza slices available so there's bound to be something you're hankering for if you give it a good glance. The pizza is slightly pricier but the ingredients itself makes it very much worthwhile. I'll be back to try some of their other pizzas!

I just got the Spicy Seafood Red Gourmet pizza. Most expensive thing on the menu. This was the first time I've not been disappointed with how much I have paid for something since I moved to this state a year ago. I don't know what Team of talented people were running the kitchen the night of 1/3/25, but keep them, high five them, and give them a raise! That pizza was a thing cooked to perfection, and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. No soggy bottom. An extra large slice, heavy with toppings, didn't flop at all, but also wasn't overcooked. I haven't had a pizza this good since I was at I Ghibellini in Florence, Italy. Please don't be like every other place that doesn't value good staff and lets their food become disappointing. For the love of everything worth a damn in this world, please continue this level of quality!

I was introduced to this place by my friend and her family whom live in the Brighton area. They use to order at least 4 times a week because of how delicious their pizza is!! The first time I ordered was through the web for delivery and specified the toppings I’d like added since I wasn’t able to make any selections but able to add a note. When the food arrived, I had a plain steak and cheese sub. We called back to ask about the toppings and the young woman with an Asian accent was not only bothered and rude but refused to fix the order. No problem, I ate my meal and didn’t complain considering they weren’t having a good day and that next time I’ll call in. Over time as my friend and I continue to order separately for our families and whenever we had to go inside to pick up the food, we’ve both discussed our horrible experiences with the two Asian women wearing caps (possible name Irene) in the front with the WORST attitudes and customer service. EVERY TIME I’d walk inside, their demeanors were totally stand off, ignorant, and unfriendly that they would ignore me pretending to tend to cashier duties before they ask ‘what do you want’ without a smile nor friendly tone.... Then there was the LAST time I went to pick up my order. If you know the area, parking is not at all available so you got to make it a QUICK IN-AND-OUT process. This time I forgot my phone in the car but can verify with a phone number or email address. The two women made me go back to my car to retrieve an order receipt from my phone (which was NEVER required any other times) just to give me a hard time. As I returned with my phone they continued to laugh and snicker behind the counter and didn’t even check my phone for the confirmation! Talk about INCONSISTENCY & INCONVENIENCE! I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but I refuse to support a business where the faces of their business choose to offer entitlement attitudes than quality customer service. I honestly LOVED their pizza but I rather support a business that reciprocates the respect and curtesy needed in today’s reality. I strongly suggest to try SAME OLD PLACE in Jamaica Plain (fast, delicious, and the staff are neighborhood people like you and...

Deplorable customer service!!!!!! I’ve order from this place several times over the past year and half. Every time an issue. Something missing from the order, garlic knots were RAW when delivered and food overall far below average. My issue is with customer service and the “part time manager” IRENE. I placed an order for grilled chicken salad and tenders with honey mustard. This is usually what my order consists of. This is time #3 that something fails to make its way into the delivery bag. With final frustration I placed a call back informing the business. “IRENE” offered to have the driver bring it back. I declined as I did not want to get re dressed to go back to the lobby of my building. IRENE did not offer any apologies but did inform me “it’s been a very busy night”. I informed her that as a CUSTOMER that is not my problem. I said at the least you should refund my chicken tender order. IRENE’S answer to me was “absolutely not”. I then asked her name at least 10x. She informed me she was the manger and was not informing me of her name, then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another employee, who informed me the said manager was a part time manager named IRENE. When I asked who the full time manger and the owner of the establishment was, the answer I was give was: “I only work part time I do not know”. I then asked how do you work for a small company and not know who the owner is? This is an example of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If a customer asks who the manager/owner is they should be informed and not hung up on. Again this complaint is in regards to the way I as a customer was treated. I was annoyed at paying for something that was not delivered the way I asked and paid for. Again this was not the first, second or third time. I am to blame for ordering from her once again. My issue is the way “IRENE” spoke to me. This is a stellar example of why all companies should provide customer service training to staff whether you have a professional job such as myself or if you are a food service worker. I hope the owner of this establishment cares about who they choose as staff to REPRESENT...

Whats going on with the Sauce!!???

I have ordered subs and also pizza at this establishment a number of times. Pretty much all the times just a sub-par experience.

Pizza - Overall great look, great selection of toppings but lack of any great flavor. Dough is cooked rather well, ok taste somewhat chewy. Although for some reason there seems as though the garlic ball dough taste better. The Sauce….. I’m not into sweet tomato sauces and this is exactly what this is. It lacks flavor and robustness or any tang it’s just sweet. Very much what is holding back the pizza.

Subs…….Where to start. I ordered one Meatball Parm and one Chicken Parm. If u like sauceless completely dry subs well def place your order. Both subs just had chicken “dry” or meatball “actually decent and ok flavor” slapped into the bread with zero sauce except for a light light sprinkling on the top then cheese. Super nice and dry….. Don’t even start about construction. Don’t put the cheese on the very top only to wrap it up so when u unpackage your dry sub now u don’t even have any cheese!!!! How hard is it.

Bread “Toasted” Add your sauce Then put cheese on each side Add a little more sauce Add your filling Add sauce on top of filling If u add cheese on top close the sandwich so the top touches or don’t make it so the cheese is gone when u unwrap it.

Would be a three star if they could get some stuff right 4 stars if they fix above and get away from a...
