McDonald's — Restaurant in Boston

301 Warren st Mcdonalds Manager on Sunday Morning 8/20/17 had customers really upset I reported it To the headquarters Please someone respond see below......

Funnest/Rudest thing happen this morning at Mcdonalds on 301 Warren st from the Manager so my husband said he was going to get a breakfast coffee and sandwich and I said ok bring me a sandwich back too as he approached mcdonalds the management / Staff was just entering to join other staff already present she went on to say it will be a couple minutes waiting for the register to load so he sat and had a seat with a few more customers after about 5-8 mins waiting the manager yelled over rudely and said for ALL YOU GREEDY PEOPLE THE FOOD IS READY My husband looked at her and said excuse me what did you just say so the other male customer said did you hear her she called us GREEDY he then picked up the register and threw it at her and it landed on the floor and he left she got scared because of her rude remark he was angry so my husband said he was going to pick up the other register and throw it the same but he relized that might not be a good idea and there may be a camera rolling somewhere and if you know my husband he usually keeps his anger to himself.... I was just rolling when he got back and told me what happen i told him I'm glad he did not throw the other register and he said yeah but she was so rude as a manager he said if he had time he would have called and waited for the news to show up.. so i said well did you get my sandwich and he said yes he knew I was waiting for it.....he had me cracking up.....I just reminded him 2wrongs don't make a right we can just...

The Bathroom is available The Staff gives Ice.Drinks are cheap and cool and tasty The Coffee is among the best in the city.It is cheap,;averaging a dollar..closes late after 10 pm.

Your Crew if Young workers are friendly.multilingual and Many are Studebts of High School and College. They are learning the Skills of Leadership with their Many unique interactions with visitors.and the Communities at large. Thank you for Ice.. And Condiments.. The owner of this McDonalds needs to take a serious look at it's employees, the physical appearance and the total operation of this restaurant in general. I have too many bad experiences at this restaurant for me not to finally give review. I have experienced molded bread, filthy tables and floor (I do not dine in anymore) and food that tastes like it have being cooked in oil that sits for days. Yesterday was the worst of all. The employees and the manager were so disrespectful and rude to each other in front of customers, and to no surprise it transitioned to me. I received my order which was incorrect , I asked for it be corrected and after waiting in my car (for what seems like forever), they finally came with it. When I drove off about a mile down the road, checked my order, guess what! It was the same incorrect sandwiches they decided to give me back. Of course I drove back and the manager (after I stood there for twelve minutes waiting for him to address me) finally came to me and told me that he is NOT changing it. Long and short of this story.....when I was done, I certainly got my correct sandwiches. This place really needs to improve...
