McDonald's — Restaurant in Boston

Worst visit Ive had ever at any Mcdonald's. Ordered online. Very simple thing. Everyone does it. But for some reason, this night was just bad. Bad customer service and everything. This place has shown me on back to back nights how unorganized they are. Like I said, ordered on the app (the mcd's app) pull into the drive thru and state I have a mobile order to pick up. Proceeded to give them the mobile order code that the app gives you and also gave my name. Get waved thru the drivethru, come up to the first window and the guy there waved us to the pick up window. Cool. Get to pick up window and get another person's mobile order... Went in bag, checked and was wrong. Ok. Then they couldnt find my order... Woman at window calls over shift manager and I had to CONVINCE HIM I made an order. He said I dont have it. Ok, i give him the order id number... Cant find it. Give him my name, they cant find it. Now I pretty much hand the man my phone, in which he takes into the restaurant out of site for at least 5mins still in disbelief that I made an order. So im a patient person thankfully. I show him every proof I have of ordering. He then takes phone again and disappears. After another 3mins, he comes back with a faded receipt claiming he had to look up the order by my name and that I didnt tell them it was a mobile order. Wow!! Not one apology for being wrong. Not one offer of anything. We were there for 20mins plus with people behind us for most of it. Simple mobile order from their own app became the most difficult thing ever. Felt disrespected. Smh. I encourage anyone on VFW pkwy to avoid this place. Chick-fil-a is the waaay better choice. I made the mistake of not sticking with that. 1650 VFW PKWY mcdonald's food and customer service is...

This location is the worst, the workers always have such bad attitude. Any time that I’m there at night they are always closing hours earlier than their business hours suggest they close. The last time I went there at 9:30 and pulled up to the drive through no one would come to answer me. So I had to come out to the next window where a man forcibly slammed open the window and angrily asked me what I want with a terrible attitude. I can clearly see everything was almost already cleaned up for the night, even though online it says drive through doesn’t close until 1AM. Even if I’m wrong and that 1AM closing time is inaccurate, google also says it doesn’t close until 11PM which is over an hour after the time I arrived there. After telling him my mobile order code, he made me wait nearly 15 mins for a simple double cheeseburger. Once it was finally done I was handed my order by another man who yelled right in my face, something I couldn’t even understand. My burger was cold and it was an awful experience that made me late to somewhere I needed to be that night. I hope upper management/corporate gets a handle on this...

mc donalds has gone completely down hill. At least the one in westie. i orderd $30 in food. including a 20 piece chicken nugget. they gave me 3 sweet & sour sauce. i had four small children sharing the nugget so ask for a extra one. this is when i thought they were joking around. They said that it would be 14 cents please. I began to laugh and said funny. BUT they were serious. know keep in mind i just bought $30 in food. I reminded them of that and they didn't care. so i did what every other person should do told them to take back the food. Im sorry is the principle of it. this is a multi billion dollar company that wouldn't be broke for extra sauce. its just greed and will always get away with it because people to chicken or to stupid to stand up. AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO CRAP. Can't even stand up for the littlest of things. Oh and btw when next door to burger king and guess what all extra sauce i wanted...f...
